Easy access to excellent shopping, Disney, golf, tennis whilst enjoying quality accommodation. House design offers fully air conditioned generous sized rooms with fitted fans, 3 TVs, 2 en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The large enclosed pool area, with jacuzzi, has a covered section which gives the option of eating or reading outside whilst protected from the sun.

The location is ideal. Orlando airport 35 minutes, Disney 20 minutes, within easy access but away from the noise and congestion in secured, private surroundings. Guests can use the childrens play area, tennis courts, large swimming pool and gym plus the golf clubhouse which offers bar facilities and lunches. At the entrance to the development, within easy walking distance,are a bank, petrol station and two excellent superstores, WalMart and Winn Dixie which sell everything.

Please note this property is not an investment property. It has been bought for our own use. Lettings assist in meeting the costs. Before purchasing we viewed nine locations. We like the sun, Disney, wildlife, golf and tranquility. We did not want to be surrounded by noise, traffic congestion, bars, fast food outlets and hassle! That is why we selected Southern Dunes.

The convenience of facilities is unbeatable. The stores sell everything, including ready cooked food, both hot and cold, for self catering. Petrol is on site as are banking services. The Villa pool affords superb views of the golf course. It is a joy to sit with a drink watching the golf or the bird life and in the evening the sunsets are magnificent. Go on - SPOIL YOURSELF.

Beautiful property - highly recommended

We stayed at this property in July 2009 with our two sons aged 17 and 10. This was our second visit to Florida but our first stay in this villa. The porperty is in a beautiful gated community which is very well maintained and has a golf gourse running through it.
The property itself is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and we found everything in perfect working order.
The pool area is lovely and very clean. It has a beautiful view over the 16th hole of the golf course. In the evenings it is lovely to sit out here and relax with the pool lights on. There are even plenty of plastic glasses so as you can enjoy a drink outside without the worry of breaking glass around the pool area. The owners of this property seem to have thought of everything to make your stay just perfect. There was plenty of everything in the kitchen and this property could easily house two families of 4 comfortably.
The boys thourghally enjoyed the villa as there was plenty of room for them to do their own thing whn we came back from our busy days at the theme parks.
Thanks so much to Pat for making our holiday so stress free from the ease of booking the accomodation to the perfect conditions of her beautiful home.
We would definately come again and will reccomend it to friends and family in the future.

Having stayed at the villa on 3 occasions now it has never failed to impress. The villa is in an exclusive location and ideal for visiting Disney and the many shopping malls. Being on the golf course it is supberb for anyone wishing to play a few rounds of golf on their holiday. The villa is very well maintained and kept to a very high standard. It contains everything you should require and more. Any questions are easily answerable by a phone call to the management company. There is plenty of information held at the villa regarding restaurants and places to go and with detailed easy to follow directions.I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and in fact can't wait until the next time we can go.

Great Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our "home away from home"! The house was everything we expected and more! The drive to the Disney parks was only 20 minutes and very easy. Various stores near by was very convenient. The owner of the home was very helpful and gracious. We enjoyed having our own space to relax in. Having our own pool was a bonus! We highly recommend this vacation home!

We took a family of seven to this villa and it was perfect. The location; on a golf course in a very well maintained estate; was ideal. There were two good supermarkets nearby and a number of restaurants. The main Disney Parks were 20 minutes away by car.

The bedrooms are all a good size and living space was really comfortable.

We spent a couple of days at home, round the pool to recover from the exhausting park trips and we could easily have spent more.

We are not golfers but it was obvious that we were on an excellent course - it claims to be one of the best in Florida.

I would definitely recommend it and may well go back myself.

Great Place to Stay

We spend a week at this villa. We loved it. We had 3 couples and 2 children. The pool was great for the kids and it's so spacious for all of us. We will be requesting this place again when we head to Florida. Close to all the attractions and just very well kept.
