A Touch of Paradise on the Strand

My wife & I enjoy fond memories of spending two glorious, relaxing weeks at Brendhan's spotlessly clean, well furnished beach house. We left the slider and windows open most of the time in order to catch the fresh ocean breezes and listen to waves crashing on the beach. Indeed, Brendhan has created a touch of paradise on the Strand.
The location is ideal being a few steps away from the well maintained beach, only a short walk to any number of restaurants. It was just a brief ride to downtown Manhattan Beach where my wife shopped at numerous boutiques, we ate at wonderful restaurants and simply enjoyed visiting any number of beach shops. On days we weren't relaxing on the beach with a good book, we simply hopped on the Pacific Coast Highway to visit LA hotspots and other beach communities. We would return home to cook on the grill while sitting on the patio people watching and enjoying a refreshing beverage.
Most important were the services Brendhan provided. After making reservations, he answered all of my questions promptly via e-mail. This included a map he prepared with reviews of local businesses and eating establishments. He provided every imaginable cooking utensil one would need as well as wi-fi and a wonderful fireplace to take the chill off cool evenings. In short Brendhan was a wonderful host making our stay truly enjoyable. The attached garage was a big plus as we didn't have to search for a parking spot.
