This lovely vacation home is owned and managed by an English family. Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Mira Lagos is a quiet community on the doorstep of Joe Pool Lake near Arlington.

Furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated, the villa has a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & breakfast bar. The master bedroom has it's own en-suite with shower and bath tub, plus a large walk-in wardrobe. There are 3 further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Use of a portable cot, bedding and high chair are available on request, free of charge.

Guys Get Away

Planned a guys trip to the Cowboys and Steelers game and we didn't want to be bothered with the hotel scene. I must say I was lucky enough to find this house and get in contact with Alex. The house was even better than we all expected. We all had plenty of room and lots of privacy. The location of the house was great we where able to get to and from the stadium without a lot of hassle. I will be staying at this property again. Thanks Alex for everything we really enjoyed our stay.

This house is a great get away if you plan on staying for three or more days. Neighboorhood was quiet and peaceful. Within minutes to six flags, hurricane harbor, hiking, shopping, and the dallas/fort worth airport.There were also churches close to worship at. House was fully furnished (kitchen, bedrooms, dining area), and fenced backyard. Community pool was great. Ms. Alex met us on arrival and advised that if we needed anything just give her a call. House has a security system. I would stay at this property again if visiting the Dallas area.

great time

Myself and my teenage children stayed here. It was everything Alex said it was. Went to 6 flags for a couple of days, huricane harbor and the zoo. House was great,clean and the kitchen was very nice.It was stocked very nice with equipment, cooked every night.They neighbors were very nice. I would highly reccomend this place. Will use again if going to texas again. It beat the heck out renting a hotel room, had plenty of room for everybody. Only draw back could not get dvd player to work, we gone almost all day, everyday so it did not really bother us. Besides we watch the olympics. Pool was great, used it mostly at night

A Home for the Holidays

I had the honor of hosting my family (all live out of state) this Christmas. I knew that my apartment didn't have the space to accommodate everyone...so the search was on for a suitable home. I was so stressed about finding a place everyone would like because my family is very particular about where they stay. My sister found this house and I arranged a time to meet with the owner. I knew immediately that it would meet our holiday needs. Everyone was really pleased with the home. They're still talking about how lovely and clean the house was. There was no need to bring additional cookware or other supplies. All of that was provided. In addition to that, it was located close to all the attractions we had on our itinerary. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

Graduation celebration

I can't express how wonderful our stay was!!! The home was everything and more than we had hoped for!

Our family was meeting in Dallas for our youngest sons graduation! With 8 of us, we wanted a place we could all be together in a quiet environment that lent itself to family time! A hotel just would not cut it! We were so please with the house! Everything we needed to spend time together, fix meals if we wanted to and just sit around

Everything was furnished to perfection! The owners thought of everything and provided all we needed to make our stay pleasant an enjoyable! I was most impressed with how graciously we were treated! They definitely have the gift of hospitality!

I highly recommend this house if you are in the Fort Worth/Dallas area! I discovered that there is always travel time wherever you go in Dallas/Ft Worth, and this is a good central location very close to major highways so the travel time is limited!! There are also plenty of convenience stores, gas stations and restaurants within a very short distance! This was great for us, because we (the parents) were not comfortable with Dallas traffic!!

I love VRBO and this house is tops on my list!
