Fantastic 1700 SF single level mountain view condo located in one of the most desirable destinations of Palm Desert! SANDPIPER is located at the base of the mountains and is walking distance to the famous designer shopping district, El Paseo Drive! And it is an easy walk directly across the street from private driveway to grocery stores, restaurants, office supply, beauty salons, regional mall, theaters, and Star Bucks! It's an easy jog to the base of the mountain to access hiking trails, nature walks and community park with tennis courts.

It is because of this very special location with so much to do...that most of our visitors return every year! The 1700 square foot floor plan with modern contemporary architecture allows an easy life style and comfort. Entertain at pool side or enjoy family and friends for BBQ in your private patio while watching the kids swim close by. Stroll at night to the wonderful restaurants on El Paseo, or take in a live performance at the nearby McCallum theater.

Location Location Location!!! This condo is a great place to stay, fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a snack or a gormet meal. It is within Walking distance to great shopping and extraordinary restuarants. The complex is very quite comfortable and safe. We would rent the condo again next year however, We have other plans for a family vacation. We are planning another stay in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

My husband and I had a very special stay at this very comfortable and well equipped condominium. Everything was as promised and the owner went out of her way to make us comfortable.
We would love to return and would highly recommend this condo to others. The location is excellent too.
