The main entrance opens into a spacious living room looking out onto a blue-tiled plunge pool that follows the line of the cliff below the house. A remarkable optical illusion actually makes the pool appear to be running straight into the sea.

A fully equipped kitchen bursting with light and inviting dining area adjoin the living room, all furnished with attractive antiques set off against the Spanish clay tile floors and impressive open fireplace. Please note that Wi-Fi Internet access is complimentary for the guests at the Emerald Hill Villa. The Emerald Hill villa is an unexpected gem. We were not expecting the overwhelming beauty of the property, the friendliness of the staff and convenient yet private location. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon. Alice, Floretta, Uriel and Albert were the nicest, most accomodating people we've ever met. They are a wonderful team and they simply add to the marvel that is Emerald Hill. We spent most of our time in the hammock and the pool overlooking Marigot Bay, but whenever we wanted some company, we walked down the hill to all the amazing restaurants and bars located right on the bay. We will certainly be back, and next time our stay will be longer. (we have to experience the chef next time...)
