This clean 3 bedroom 2 bath home is only 2 short blocks to the beach access entrance. No beach pass required!! The home's floor plan consists of a heated pool with screened in lanai, full kitchen with dinette area, formal dining room, living room with pull out sofa, master bedroom with separate bath, two bedrooms w /shared bath, inside laundry room with washer/dryer and two car garage. Amenities include Central air/heat and ceiling fans throughout, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cable TV, Cooking utensils, All linens including beach towels, TV in master bedroom and living room with DVD player, Patio set with lounge chairs and BBQ, Pool toys and floats, Internet access, Beach chairs and umbrellas, Baby pack and play, Baby stroller, Cooler with wheels and Childrens' toys. Just pack your cloths and come on down!!

  • Rates from $850 - $2100 per week depending on the season
  • I do not charge any other fees other than that rate. Some renters post their weekly rate then charge 'hidden' fees such as tax, cleaning, Internet or holiday fees. Before you know it the rate is close to double. I don't do that

  • Security is required in the amount of $400 payable upon booking to reserve your week. Pets are an addition $100 per pet returned with security after inspection. Security is payable by personal check, bank check, PAYPAL or money order. Security will be returned within 15 days of check-out date. Full payment must be received min. 30 days prior to check-in. All cancellation must be received in writing 60 days prior to check-in in order to receive security back.

    Check-In Time: 4:00 P.M.

    Check-Out Time: 11:00A.M.

    Tenants agree to such time periods so the home can be properly cleaned between tenants

Great, Great, Great!

This is a great house, with a great location, with great people to deal with. Our family, including our large breed dog, stayed a week at Christmas. The house was exactly as it was advertised. It was spacious enough, and had everything we needed to make our stay great. Many owners claim their houses are near the beach or within walking distance, but this house is truly a block away from the beach access. The pool area was very nice, and private, the pool was heated and ready to go upon our arrival. Ann was very helpful on the island, we experienced one problem with the Comcast, and it was taken care of quickly, they actually had someone come in on Christmas Eve to fix it. That was thanks to Ann’s persistence! We plan on staying again and have encouraged our friends and co-workers to head down for a week or two! Thanks again! The Turcsanyi Family

My family stayed from June 26-July 3 there were 5 adults and my grandson 15 months. The house was great extremely clean it had everything you need and more. The pool was excellent. We were able to walk to the beach. Ann was great to work with. We were able to spend quality time. Recommend Joey's pizza place, Captain Obriens. We rented a boat and saw Dolfins and spent the day at a secluded beach. I highly recommend this rental. It was great working with Michael and I already received my deposit back.

The perfect home!!

My family stayed at 200 Beachcomber for 3 weeks in January and absolutely loved it. The home was as advertised and more! It is only two blocks to the free beach entry and Marriot hotel. The home was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Michael and Ann were great to deal with for booking and getting set up. Looking forwarded to booking next year!
