Beautiful modern Townhouse that over looks the bay. Great views from this reverse floorplan( Bedrooms on 1st floor)..enjoy great sunsets while you enjoy your meals right on the nice deck off Dining room.

2 blocks to beach and 5 minutes over the bridge to Atlantic City!

Very modern Shore Decor-large 46 in flat panel TV-all cable and internet . Flat Panel also in our very large Master Bedroom. On days you don't feel like the beach..enjoy the heated community pool.

NEW KITCHEN

Kids love the pool...very clean with beautiful bay views as you swim....HEATED TOO!
