Spacious, Good Fishing
Myself and 12 of my relatives stayed their for 4 nights. Good location as we had families from Omaha, Madison, Chicago and St. Louis.
Wow. Every bedroom has it's own bath. Plus there is a half bath off the living room.
We caught delicious bass and blue gill. Tried without success to catch catfish, so our last evening we asked the caretaker how to catch catfish and he said, "chicken liver."
The 5 kids had fun swimming.
The 3 long kitchen tables were very practical. Lots of utensils, pans, etc., and a gas grill with gas. Liked the large TV with dish network. WiFi was great.
Power was out from 1am to 9pm due to storm with 80mph winds. Caretaker stopped by twice during that period to make sure we were okay and told us if we wanted to come again we would get 2 nights free. Wow; we didn't expect that; very kind of him.
Clean.
Great Price.
Only negative thing was a few of us found a tick crawling on us while by the pond.
