Enjoy Hilton Head at Its Finest in this 6 bedroom, 6.1 bath home. This home is 5200 sq ft. and gives everyone their privacy and space. A short stroll from the ocean, this home was built in 2008 and offers a grand interior with many upgrades. Enjoy the large pool and pool deck along with a spa overlooking the Robert Trent Jones Golf course. There is a convenient bath by the pool area to keep everyone from entering the house with those sandy and wet feet. For all those great evening cookouts, the spacious gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen with custom cabinetry and built-ins will delight you. The kitchen is open to the family room and adjoins a large dining area. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a king bed with large private bath. The second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed with private bath. There are four guest bedrooms located on the 2nd level; one with king bed and two other guest rooms with queen beds. One upstairs guest bedroom has two queen beds; the 6th guest bedroom is designed for the children in your family and has 2 twin beds, 2 trundle beds, and a bunk bed w/double bed on the bottom; activity table and chairs, TV and private bath; a paradise for the kids to hang out. This house sleeps 19 people.

This house is a great layout for family reunions, wedding parties, tennis groups, golf groups,

and your family vacation. The bedrooms are spaced so everyone has their own space and privacy.

The kitchen, family room, and dining area are open and flow together into one big room so everyone is together during the preparation of dinner, watching TV, playing video games, or whatever may be going on and it has large windows for plenty of natural light and overlooks the pool and patio.

The walk to the beach is short and easy on a private beach path; there are bike trails

throughout the plantation; restaurants, as well as bike and canoe rentals. Palmetto Dunes even

has its own General Store. You can catch a free ride on the Dunes Buggy that will take you

to restaurants, the beach, the Dunes House, and even to the grocery store.

This is an ultimate beach home and has it all; you will be delighted in the amenities as well as the great location.

About The Owner

We purchased the property as a group in 2008 and have loved it ever since. We live within driving distance to Hilton Head and find that we just love coming here as often as possible. We are business owners and those times you can find to get away are priceless.

Wonderful home!

Our group of seven adults and six children stayed in this home for a long weekend in early October. What a beautiful home! We were impressed the minute we walked through the front door. Clean, nice furnishings, incredibly spacious, etc. I could go on and on. We had three families with small children and one adult with no kids. We felt as though everyone had their own "wing" in the home. We would all meet in the family room/kitchen/dining area to eat, hang out, etc. But when it was time for all the kids to go to sleep, you never heard a peep from any of them. Very private for each family! Our group of friends take a yearly trip to Hilton Head every October; everyone has already requested we use this home next year! Thank you to the owners for the use of your beautiful home!

I agree that the photos do not do this house justice. We were having our small wedding reception at the house and we had some of our guests stay with us there. The house was so spacious that people had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy themselves. The furniture and decorations are of high quality and there is just so much "space." Also, the view from the back is amazing - gazing over the pool to the golf course. It was magical and we will be back!

Great home in Hilton Head

My family and I were totally satisfied with our stay. Most of the time when you see rental pictures, you wonder if they were of the same place. However, the pics did not do justice to this home. It is decorated very professionally, but you felt very comfortable with the furnishings. It is very spacious and very easy to entertain in it. It is simply perfect for a large family, especially one with teenagers. The location makes it easy to travel to various points of interest on Hilton Head. It was very easy to go play golf, go to the beach, take bike rides. or just relax around the pool. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family reunion vacation for 19

The house was beautiful and set up perfectly for my extended family. Even though there were 19 of us, I never felt like we were stepping on each other’s toes. Basically, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom maintaining some individual privacy. My parents, being older, were able to get around easily with their own bedroom on the first floor. Having the pool was also a nice treat, especially on the day the jellyfish were stinging. Having a bedroom for all of the kids was very convenient and they were able to watch their own TV. The outdoor grill was awesome and heated to really hot temperatures. We had a lot of delicious meals from that grill! The house was perfect for our large family gathering and if we vacation in Hilton Head again, this will be the house that we book.

This house is awesome and my entire family had an outstanding time. The pool and deck area
are great as there are lots of sun chairs and lounge chairs, great outdoor cooking area, and outstanding
gourmet kitchen for all those dinners we prepared.

I would recommend this house to any large group or family who are looking for the very best of
everything. Great Place!!! We will return.
