A beautiful Casita in Old Mesilla, it is located about 6 homes and a church from the Plaza. This Casita has the distinction of being walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Old Mesilla, while still secluded and quiet.

It is close to all the great restaurants of Old Mesilla, La Posta, The Double Eagle, Andele's, the Bean, and many more.

Perfect for the most avid bird-watchers. Casa de Rosie is located on Calle del Norte, one of the few roads that cross the Rio Grande. Also, the Mesilla home is located on the major North/South migratory routes of many bird species.

Rosie spotteirst dayd her new home from the plaza on the first day she arrived in Mesilla. If that home were for sale, I'd move here... and the rest is history.

Notes: Courtyard, 1.5 Mi to Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park Brand new park. .5 mi to Las Cruces, .1 Mi to Mesilla Plaza, .1 mi to La Posta, .1 mi to Double Eagle. Located on the Aseqia (the ditchbank from the Rio Grande - it's about 15 feet across and is a major walking path for miles). Great cycling in a flat valley with lots to see. Great birding because we are on the main north/south migratory route. Great area for Motorcycling.
