New gas fireplace with thermostat controls installed in the family room along with forced air heat for bedrooms allows for comfortable days and nights.

Internet is now available for Bavarian Village units and I just replaced the old TV with a new model 50' widescreen. Bring your DVD movies or rent some while in So Lake.
We do have internet and cable TV, plus an Ipod dock.

Master bedroom has a view of Gunbarrel run on the face of Heavenly ski resort.

2 nights: $395.00 ($197.50 per night)

6 nights $720.00 ($120.00 per night)
Weekly rate: $770.00 ($110.00 per night)
NOTE: Any rate including the 4th of July has a 4 night minimum.
15% LESS DURING OFFSEASON.
Off season rates are 15% less than rates quoted above.

For Christmas and New Years day, there is a minimum 3 night stay. Rates are as follows:
3 nights: $630.00 ($210.00 per night)
4 nights: $740.00 ($185.00 per night)
5 nights: $850.00 ($170.00 per night)
6 nights $930.00 ($155.00 per night)
7 nights: $980.00 ($140.00 per night)
Rates quoted are for rentals directly from unit owner.
No extra management fees. Save $$$.
A minimum 50% deposit is due upon booking. This is 90% refundable with more than 30 days advance notice from check in date.
Deposit is 50% refundable from 30 -7 days advance notice from check in date.
Balance due one week prior to check in. Any cancellation within one week of check in date is subject to no refund.
Pets may be welcome with an $200 security deposit for incremental cleaning/repair costs.
