Beautiful Location, Excellent Owners!

The owners, Jennifer and Jim, were very accommodating and helpful when it comes to organizing our stay.
We stayed here with our two young boys (3 and 18mos.), my in-laws, my parents, and my sister. There was a bedroom for each person/couple, a bathroom for each bedroom, and plenty of space to spread out. We loved the screened in patio for evenings, and the private beach was amazing for the kids to collect seashells and dig around, although not a soft beach, it was great. The house is well maintained and clean. There was a great big table for meals together, and the grill and table outside worked out really well too. The views are unbeatable, and the breeze off the ocean can be felt in nearly every room.
I would recommend this place to anyone. For us, the week-long price is too steep... but for 4 days, it was fine.
Not the owners fault, but there are 2 dogs next door that can be loud and run onto the beach. They are held back by an electric fence, so we were never worried about them coming over, but they often barked loudly, usually at the exact moment we were trying to get the boys down for their naps!

First time I have heard about Casey and Fergus , we are blessed with thoughtful,nice neighbors and they now have bark control collars that work beautifully.
HINT: Animals just want to know you are ok , so a gentle hello usually calms them right down.
