House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-7)

This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is located 100' from Heading Home Ski run in Angel Fire Resort. It is a true Ski-In, Ski-Out property. Very nice living area with vaulted ceiling, fireplace and fully equiped kitchen. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There is also a futon in the loft area that will accommodate one other person. Seven people can be accommodated with a maximum of 10 with some sleeping in sleeping bags or the living room couch. There is also a portable baby crib and high chair available on the premises. The deck sports a charcoal grill for your use and a view of the ski slopes. Walk 100' and ski down the hill and when you return, ski right up to the garage entrance.

About The Owner

We are a family of 5. Kids range in age from elementary age to high school. This vacation home holds many positive warm memories for us. Our favorite winter activities are skiing & sledding. Summer hiking & exploring are great family fun.

I was skiing and saw the lot for sale. I couldn't believe a ski-in ski-out lot was available! Angel Fire is such a family friendly resort. It was an easy choice.

What makes this house unique

GREAT ski-in, ski-out property close enough to stop in for a cup of hot chocolate and ski right back out. Avoid the hassle of parking & carrying your gear. Eat lunch & take a short nap, basically, on the slopes.

Great property!!!
The owner was prompt in getting back to me and made reservation process very easy. He was also very easy to work with and gave helpful hints for using the property and the town. The house was very clean and comfortable. All we needed for a great stay. Even had lots of movies and games for evening fun.
The location was amazing! You can step out the back door and you are on the slopes. We skied down the slopes and got on the lifts to go back up. Great for going home for lunch, snack, etc.
We loved staying here and hope to do it again soon!!

What can you say about a ski in ski out that sits right on the slopes? My young family found this place to be the perfect location for our ski trip. The house is charming and has plenty of space for 8 people. We had a great time not having to worry about transporting equipment to and fro. From the garage door to Heading Home run was about 50 feet or so. We absolutely loved it! We will be back.

This was our first time to have the convenience of a ski in ski out property. We felt very spoiled. Just walk out the door and ski. The home was comfortable and worked well for our family. The Owners were gracious and responsive, always available with quick reply's to our questions.

Excellent Ski In/Ski Out

We love this place! We took our children and loved that we put our skis on in the garage and poled out to the ski slope. It made skiing so easy and convenient. We even skiied back to the cabin for lunch and breaks and were back skiing when we were ready.
The cabin is bright, cheerful, and very clean. We loved our stay there and can't wait to go back again!
