Our 'Bear Condo' at the Lofts of Estes Park has a great location near the center of Estes Park and all the fun it has to offer! You will be within walking distance of the Aerial Tramway, 'Big Slide', Bumper Boats, Go-Kart track, the Riverwalk, Confluence Park, Bond Park, Performance Park for live music, and all the shopping and dining that makes Estes Park a famous vacation spot. Rocky Mountain National Park is nearby, along with hiking, mountain bike riding, horseback riding and rock climbing.

I think you will love our condo... it offers one bedroom, a full bath and kitchenette with dining area and a living room with a hide-a-bed. There's a hot tub on the patio outside, and BBQ's if you choose to grill some organic beef from nearby MacGregor Ranch. Our prices are very affordable, too, so you can save your money to spend on some great Estes Park souvenirs!

About Lisa VonBargen

Lisa is a native Nebraskan who moved to Los Angeles, California to work in the garment design industry. That's where she met her husband, Ken. They lived in Redondo and Hermosa beach and relocated to Estes Park 25 years ago. Now, they share their love for the Estes Valley with their three sons and a big dog! Lisa is a free lance photographer and graphic artist as well as a part of Orlando's Steak House team.

Lisa and her family are snowboarders, skiiers, cyclists and swimmers as well as jazz and concert band musicians.

Charming is right!

My fiancee and I had never visited Estes before and we wanted a relaxing valentines/birthday celebration weekend away from Denver. We arrived to the darling and charming Bear Condo for our stay. The small oven and microwave and kitchen provided us a place to prepare our little dinner before exploring the town. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the cable was a treat as we don't have it at our house and we loved how close it was to town! We walked around all day on Saturday and came back for a little nap on the couch later that day. After exploring NMNP the Bear Condo was just want we needed to rest our heads. Perfect location!

If you are looking for a couples getaway right in the heart of Estes Park, this place is perfect. You can walk anywhere that you need to go. The information and pictures are the website are very accurate so if you like what you see you won't be disappointed. I would imagine parking during busy season could be a challenge but we didn't have much of a problem. Parked across the street on one night. The owners are very laid back, personable, friendly and informative. We didn't have any "issues" during our stay but I definitely feel if we had they would have been addressed immediately. We have been to Estes Park before and find the community in general to be very pleasant, it's a great place to vacation and the location is wonderful for access to RMNP.

Great week in Estes at the Charming Bear Condo!

What a great week in Estes at this highly recommended condo.
It was everything we expected. Charming, low traffic area providing all the comforts of home.
The condo was immaculately clean and well maintained. Decor was warm and attractive.
We loved Poppi's for lunch or dinner. The wonderful walkways around the condo to the quaint
Estes downtown were delightful with beautiful running stream water and secluded atmosphere.
The owner was very helpful. Thank you Lisa!

The break we needed!

We came up from Colorado Springs for my husband's birthday. We were in need of a retreat and this was it. Reservations were easy, the condo was perfectly located to be able to walk anywhere, we dined at Orlando's, and Lisa was great to work with. We will return!

Perfect 2nd Honeymoon!

Our stay at the bear condo was awesome! It was clean, comfy, quiet and a perfect location to enjoy all that Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park has to offer. The description of the location was spot on. Great location! The photos showed us exactly what the condo looks like. Everything we needed was provided for us. The owner was a delight to work with. She responded in a very timely manner and was available to answer any questions that we had. We would stay here forever if she'd let us! We highly reccommend taking a drive into the RMNP during your stay. We plan on visiting again and will recommend the bear condo to our friends who come to the area.
