We stayed in this property new years 2013 for our family Disney vacation. The house is beautiful just as described, very comfortable, fully equipped! I even found a pizza cutter! Girls loved their princess room.10 mins from the parks and Walmart and other shopping REALLY close by. Hot tub perfect to end the days! Definitely coming back. Thank you lily!

Second time as good as the first!

Two years ago we had an amazing trip to Disney and the wonderful townhouse was a big part of it. We were thrilled when we discovered the house was available for the time frame we wanted.
The house has so much to offer. Reasonable cost, great location (to parks, shopping, restaurants and a straight shot to the airport) and a comfortable, clean place to call home after a busy day.
I would highly recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting Florida.

This house was everything we expected and more. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Everything we were promised was given. My entire family had an awesome time and we plan on going back next summer. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for the feel of comfort and safety of being at home.

We are family of 10. Everybody feel like home. The house is very comfortable. The rooms are just like the photos. Is very easy to arrive to the house. This is the first time that I rent a house. All the process was made by e-mail and was easy. This house is near EVERYTHING. I strongly recommend this house.

We were pleasantly pleased ,once we figured out how to access the key holder, on how absolutely perfect this accomodation would be for our planned family visitors..especially our son & his 3 girls who HAD to have their own beds. The condo was roomy, very well maitained, and fully equipped or our month-long stay & was exactly as shown in the on-line photos. The conveniences provided, including air conditioning, ice/water service with fridge, large microwave, free long distance , constantly maitained hot tub, and a quality wifi router ( great for our grandkid`s I Pads ) made our stay feel like home & provided a carefree base to celebrate our vacation with our visiting family.
The community was easy to find and was close to major roads, to the airport & especially to Kissimmee`s attractions. The community was clean & quiet & continually maintained, including a sparkling clear pool & deck area.
All in all, these accomodations were everything we wanted for a family vacation in Kissimmee, and more, and we would definately recommend this home to others planning a Kissimmee escape.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
