I will recommend this property to my family and friends. I would suggest that whoever does the cleaning of this property, vacuum the dog hair off the rug which is on the screened back porch. Also they should check the dryer to be sure all the towels and mats are dry and put back out for guest. I had to search for them and they were in the dryer not completly dry. It also would be good if they had a maintenance person get the gutters cleaned out. The water pours out over the top and falls next to the back door. I do realize that there are a lot of trees. We did enjoy the place and how close it was to the Castle Ladyhawke where we had a wedding to attend. I also would suggest signs with lights on them for guest coming in late. There are no street lights.
