This beach house is located on a quite street within walking distance to the beach on Lewis Bay in West Yarmouth and is a short bike ride or short car ride to all the best beaches in Yarmouth and Bass River. This spacious house is also very close to all the attractions and restaurants on Route 28 and the surrounding area, and you can catch the island ferries and enjoy the attractions in the neighboring town of Hyannis. This traditional Cape comfortably sleeps up to 8 and has a bathroom on each floor. The spacious finished basement includes couches, card table, entertainment center, video games, a bar area with its own refrigerator, and opens up to an outdoor patio. There is plenty of off street parking in the drive way and access to the attached garage to store your bikes, beach toys or other belongings. Feel right at home while enjoying all the attractions Cape Cod has to offer!

Spacious and Comfortable House: This is a newly renovated, spacious and comfortable house. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. The finished basement is large and includes a bar with 4 bar stools and TV, two couches, chairs, card table and a HDTV with a DVD player, VCR and Playstation console. The house has plenty of space to gather with family and friends, but also allows separate areas indoors or outdoors for kids or adults to play.

Beaches and Local Attractions: This is a beach house and is approximately 0.3 miles (a short walk) to a beach on Lewis Bay. It is also within 1 mile from Englewood and Colonial Acres Beaches and approximately 2 miles from Seagull Beach. The property is a very short drive to the numerous family attractions in Yarmouth and neighboring Hyannis and Dennis. There are over six golf courses and over 10 miniature golf courses 5 - 20 minutes from the house.

Boating: There are public boat launches with parking at both Englewood beach (approximately .75 miles from the house) and Seagull Beach (approximately 2.0 miles from the house). There is ample space in the driveway or in front of the house for a moderate size boat trailer.

This vaction house is located in West Yarmouth, the heart of Cape Cod. You can walk to Lewis Bay at the end of the road, and Englewood Beach is less than a mile away and Seagull Beach is two miles away. Hyannis, known for its shops and restaurants, and Hyannisport, the port for the ferries to Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket, are less than five miles away. The house is 30 minutes from the Sagamore and Bourne bridges and 45 minutes from Provincetown, the tip of Cape Cod. This house is centrally and conveniently located to access all the attractions and amenities across Cape Cod.

Other Activities: This house provides convenient access to the local beaches. It is also short ride to shopping in neighboring Hyannis, Barnstable, Chatham and Harwich. There a numerous vacation attractions along Route 28 in West Yarmouth, such as miniture golf, go-carts, museums and numerous restaurants. The best bike trial on Cape Cod is located in neighboring Dennis, a 10 minute drive from the house. This house is perfect for boaters. A boat trailer will fit in the driveway, and several public boat launches are located in Yarmouth at beaches such as at Englewood Beach, Seagull Beach and Smugglers Beach.

Golf: This house is minutes away from the best golfing on Cape Cod. The following golf courses are 15 minutes or less away in Yarmouth and neighboring Hyannis and Dennis: Bass River, Bayberry Hills, Blue Rock, Dennis Highlands, Dennis Pines and Hyannis Golf Club.

Rented this home for a girls weekend away. This home was very clean, tastefully decorated and quiet. Was nice to have individual heat settings in each bedroom. Home had everything we could ask for and more. Short drive to area attractions and a short walk to the beach. Definately renting again. Very kid friendly home. Great place to vacation with a family or just a few friends.

We had such a perfect stay at this rental! The house is clean, adorably decorated and the owners really have thought of everything - from the comfort of the bedrooms to the numerous amenities (games, full bar and finished basement, televisions, fully stocked garage, kitchen accessories, etc.) The house itself is extremely comfortable, even for larger groups. We had 6 adults and one baby with plenty of room to spare. The proximity to the beach was awesome (just a short, scenic walk) and we were within driving distance of great restaurants, attractions, etc. We would stay here again for sure!

This is our second year at this clean spacious well kept home and we had a marvelous time. The owners have thought of every amenity possible to make one's stay as pleasant as possible:from the modern kitchen and bathrooms , the finished basement stocked with all sorts of games ,videos, a formal bar and comfortable couches and chairs to a garage filled with a large array of bicycles,beach chairs, games and umbrellas as well as the spacious rear deck area complete with a gas grill and a hammock strung between two shady trees. The protected wi-fi network was particularly useful to those of us that needed to interrupt our vacation for "business needs". We cannot say enough good things about this home and the gracious, helpful
owners.Thank you Susan and Gary.

Wondering vacation rental that was well-appointed, clean, and close to the beach! The owners clearly take pride in their property and go well beyond to consider and include items to make your stay comfortable.
