This was our 4th time in your wonderful home and maybe the best. Love the improvements you continue to make. We have stayed in other units in the building including the 9th floor penthouse, but we are most comfortable in yours.

Vista Del Sol is located on the best swimming beach in Puerto Vallarta. My apartment is on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps up to 4 people. It has expansive views of Banderas Bay.
The luxurious condo has a 30 foot terrace with views of the whole Banderas Bay - an ideal place to sip your morning coffee while watching whales, dolphins and pelicans pass by. In the evenings watch the spectacular sunsets while sipping your favorite drink.
Located at the quiet end of the beach in the picturesque Old Town, Villas Vista Del Sol is just south of the river, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, galleries and nightlife.
A supermarket is just two blocks away
A short walk along the beach and you'll find parasailing, cruises, horseback riding, snorkeling, swimming and jetskiing.
If you like to spend your time under a palapa on the beach you need go no further than the front of the building, where an excellent and inexpensive restaurant will serve you drinks under your palapa, or meals at a table overlooking the beach.
The restaurant also offers room and pool service
Or enjoy swimming, sunbathing and fantastic 360 views from the rooftop pool
The condo is a spacious 1450 sq.ft. with both the living room and master bedroom opening on to the terrace.
The living room has folding glass doors creating a complete indoor/outdoor living experience with lounge chairs and dining table and chairs on the balcony .
The glass dining table will seat eight and the buffet holds everything you need for a formal dinner party or a casual meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook wants including gas cooktop and oven and a dishwasher.
We have TV's in the living room and both bedrooms which receive national and US stations. There is a CD player and a DVD player with a selection of movies for your enjoyment.
There are two bedrooms, both with ensuite baths.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The master suite has a king size bed, and a huge tiled bathtub with room for two!
The second bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to make a king
There is daily maid service except Sundays & holidays and wireless internet
Please note: During the summer months June - Sept most HOA's in PV allow condo owners to schedule remodel work to be done between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. This is not something that we have control over and no refunds will be given due to any noise caused during this time period.
