Awesome place!

My boyfriend and I rented the unit, and it was perfect! The park was right across the street, and everything was no more than 15 minutes away. It was clean, the furnishings were beautiful, and they even have a grill on the patio that we were able to BBQ with. We will definitely be renting this property out again, and soon.

VERY PRETTY DECORATING

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and very pretty furnishings. The location worked out well for us and loved the pretty park across the street for the grandchildren with the playground and pool. The pictures reflect the condo very well. You definitely need a car to go sightseeing in San Diego but the drive is not bad at all to all the sights and beach. We loved that the grocery was close and the Carlsbad airport is also very close as well as San Diego airport. We even extended our stay an additiional 2 days.
We received our full deposit back within 2 weeks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

They did not give back my deposit!

I rented this property and while the property was fine, nothing great, sparse decorations. They did not return my deposit. Only after 20+ emails and sending a certified letter demanding my deposit back did they finally return PART of my deposit close to 2 months after rental. They also didn't do this until I threatened legal action. In addition they took $100 for something that I did not do. They said a panel came down, and charged me for it, but I went through the house multiple times to ensure nothing was wrong. I'm still having to pursue this in small claims court to try and get my money back.
