Beautiful townhome on 8th hole of the Links golf course with bay/golf course views from 2nd floor master bedroom, balcony, screened porch and New Orleans style courtyard. Gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counters, Bosch stainless steel appliances, Decor 6 burner stainless steel stove and granite wet bar.

Oversized upstairs master suite with private master bathroom, large private balcony overlooking golf course, lake and bay. Gorgeous views!! Second bedroom has queen bed and balcony with adjoining bath. Third bedroom has full size pull out sofa and third floor bedroom comes with twin beds and private bath. There is a private pool for Vantage Pointe and also the use of two other pools in Sandestin.

A very nice townhome in Sandestin with upscale furnishings, garage and golf cart included to take to beach, the village, marina, restaurants and shopping. There are no golf cart rentals in Sandestin, the only option for having a golf cart is through private home owners.

Great week in SanDestin

The house was great! We had two families staying in this house together and it worked out perfectly! Upon arrival, we found the house clean and well-maintained. We had a wonderful week in SanDestin! The golf cart was a big asset....the kids enjoyed riding it to the beach!! We also enjoyed the screened porch on the back....very nice in the morning to sit outside and drink coffee! Beautiful view of bay and golf course! Only problem we had was the one parking space. One family had to park around the corner near the pool, but it was a short walk. We really enjoyed our stay! We will be back to SanDestin!!

Fun, Fun, Fun

Regarding condo at Sandestin: it was everything and more than we expected for adults and children alike. The weather was perfect, for that we were blessed. Easy access to most of everything we wanted to do via golfcart which was fun, fun, fun. There were many activities so no one was bored. As for me, the senior that I am, the screen porch was awesome.

What a wonderful family vacation we had in beautiful Destin! The weather was amazing and the time spent relaxing with family was truly unforgettable. Sandy, your condo was not only beautiful, but the kitchen was well-equipped and gorgeous ... the spacious 3-story floor plan gave us more space than we needed ... the breathtaking view from the screened-in porch kept us outside more than inside ... the golf cart was an added bonus for all ... we had everything at our fingertips with the pool to the left & the bay to the right - our kids fished almost every evening with the sunset as their backdrop! Wow what a wonderful week - we will definitely visit you again!!!

Great location and place to stay

My husband, boston terrier (PJ) and I spent 4 nights in this home. We enjoyed the home very much. The view was awesome and the neighborhood was a great area to take long walks with our pet "PJ". We loved having the golf cart and my husband said it was a must if you are going to stay at the resort. We used the golf cart to go sight seeing, the grocery store and beach. I recommend Mitchell's restaurant as it is very good. It may be a little pricey for some people so be sure you check out the menu before you go. We would recommend this property for your stay. We hope to go back in the fall and stay at this lovely home.

Great Rental!!!

This villa has it all. We entertained a large group, and the spacious kitchen and large living area made it easy. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the beautiful kitchen (it is very functional as well). The master bedroom is huge. The other bedrooms are very accommodating. Has a great view of a beautiful golf hole, and if you need more, they provide a golf cart to get you there! We will definitely look to rent this unit again. Even our pets enjoyed it.
