Independent part of a 16th century classical villa, located on the hills between Florence and Impruneta, offering panoramic views of a typical Tuscan landscape.

The property includes the main house of 350 sq m, with four bedrooms and a separate guest house of 45 sq m with two bedrooms.

A beautiful loggia of 50 sq m located in front of the entrance and living room is facing the large terracotta terrace, characteristic of antique rural villas.

The private, fenced garden of 1500 sq m includes a swimming pool of 12m x 4m x 1.4m depth.

Paradise Villa Near Florence

This Villa is wonderful, emerged in the typical Tucsan landscape, 10 minutes from Florence, you can take walks around the house and even visit a lovely church in a village above. We stayed with small children and adolescents, every one was happy the adolescent had their little house, the pool is well protected and the view is lovely. It was wonderful to come back after a beautiful day of visit in Florence and have the fresh air, the birds, the peace, the garden and the swimming pool. At night we had family meals on the big table with view on the garden. We played games in the big living room. The house is at the same time elegant and modern, typically tuscan and cosy. It feels immediately like home.
I recommend it to every one. We will come back.

Excellent Long Holiday Retreat

I rented L'Oleandro for two full months to celebrate my retirement and I invited several family members and friends to visit at varying times. It was marvelous for everybody. The villa is spacious with plenty of room for people to gather together or to choose to have a bit of private space. The large patio/loggia is ideal for big family dinners to savor the sunset with a bottle of Chianti. During our stay, everyone would scatter during the day to visit various nearby magical places (San Gimignano, Sienna, Pisa and, of course, Firenze) and return to relax around the quiet privacy of the pool to chat about our different adventures.
The villa is on a beautiful hilltop in the rural beauty of the Chianti hills but Firenze is easily accessible, with the Ponte Vecchio only about 5 miles away . A nearby bus stop (with ample free parking) allowed us to avoid the driving/parking chaos of Firenze for many of our visits to the city. Several great local restaurants offer friendly atmosphere and fantastic meals. The 15th century villa is a delightful place to stay and is well maintained with modern conveniences including wi-fi to stay connected. The caretaker lives nearby and is always available to help with any needs and the regular housecleaning and gardening keep it in great condition. My family, my friends and I all truly enjoyed our memorable visit and will always remember it fondly.

Perfect Villa Holiday

My 12 friends and I stayed in the villa last week (w/c 24th May) as my other friend had a wedding in Florence on the 30th. This villa couldn't have been more perfect! The location, the views, the facilities, the guardian (Marisol) & luckily - the weather.
I could write pages & pages about how brilliant it was but I won't, I'll just say, if you're looking for an amazing, unforgetable villa holiday then this is the place.
We will be returning next year for sure!
