We looked over on the East Coast and didn't care for it at all. Then we tried the West Coast where we have friends and fell in love with the area. Fort Myers Beach has one of the safest beaches in the world with a family friendly atmosphere. It has a mini Hawaii type atmosphere that we enjoy!

What makes this condo unique

Taking leisurely walks along the beach, seeing what treasures you can find. Winding down the day with a beautiful sunset and then relaxing in the hot tub. Our spacious condo allows us to entertain friends and family. It's our home away from home.

Our stay in this unit was truly a relaxing week. Once you decided on dates, simple to book/obtain keys/arrive and all you need is in unit. Excellent location on southern end quiet, large open beach. For families with children, sandbars make it safe and shallow to enjoy.Publix for major shopping, at least 6 resturants within walking,hop on trolley to pier area for more, Holiday Inn and Outrigger on beach have tiki bars w/entertainment. Movie Theater open on weekends,along with golf,boating and even 2 outlet malls in area,explore Sanibel and Naples w/easy drives. The unit is well maintained, stocked with supplies for beach,cooking,and full size laundry in Master bath. The views in LR & MBD balcony allows for gulf &poolviews and the 2nd bd bayview on 9th floor are wonderful for reading and sunrise. Wireless internet working,pool,grounds very nice as is all residence/visitors. Our "Thanks" to long time owners that share their little piece of paradise w/others. Looking forward to returning next month for International Sand Sculpture Contest.

My family has just returned from a PERFECT vacation in Fort Myers Beach... our stay at Island Winds couldn't have been better! The condo was perfect, extremely clean, great view, had everything we needed and then some. Walked out the door and unto the beach... it was awesome! Loved the BBQ.. the pool was soo refreshing. We made many new friends, and look forward to going back next year! HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!!
