Regal Palms Resort and Spa is close to Disney in the Four Corners area of Davenport/Kissimmee. We are located just a few miles from Animal Kingdom and 10 minutes from Disney Main gate. Regal Palms has an onsite Water Park that is open until 11pm - great fun for the family after a day at the theme parks.

Our Resort is upgraded and improved and has a water park on site with water slides, lazy river, twin pools, huge spa and beach area. We have volley ball, three bars, onsite great value restaurant.

THE BONUS is our unit is near to the pool area & FULLY REMODELED RECENTLY.

WE loved the Condo the space was large and confortable. Would be very nice to have some written directions for the tv's couldn't figure out how to access the two different channel sets and completely turned the one off in the living room and had to have the property manager come to fix. The towels were very sparce and never got any more even after asking twice at the desk. We only had one hand towel and on wash cloth! The master bedroom whirlpool tub wouldn't plug so we had to use our only wash cloth to plug slightly in order to use the whirlpool tub. I bought clorox to clean the tub because there was red mold under the jet heads. My husband bought a small knife tool and took the drain stopper apart and found a quarter in it then we were able to get the stopper to work and really enjoyed the whirlpool! Someone left the safe locked so we could use it for our valuables. The tv was broken in the 1st bedroom.

We love Regal Palms, busy and crazy as ever but great fun and have stayed there loads of times in the basic homes. Some of the homes are getting tired and need updating so we decided to stay in this Premium Home - WOW! wahat a difference. Pillow top luxury mattress and loads of extras. Jamie our son loved the free wireless internet and was pleased he did not have to go up to the clubhouse and pay a fortune for the internet cafe.

Regal Palms is fun and the water park on site is very busy and needs some things fixing but is in great shape. There were a lot of noisy sports teams on the resort but our unit was in the Premium Area so was quiet and peaceful. The manager has a big golf cart we used to travel up and down the resort and we got free parking so that was good.

Like I say Regal Palms homes get mixed reviews and many of the homes are outdated and have bad furniture and rugs, but not this home, everything brand new. The floors were clean hard wood flooring and the kitchen was amazing, even though we eat out it was really nice for breakfast.

The front desk staff were nice but the check in took a while because it was busy, but when we got down to our home we just loved it.

We booked with the Owner and his Manager Margaret was so nice, she even put us an extra bed in the unit without charge.

We booked the day before last minute and got a good deal and left yesterday and can't wait to get back.
