4 Cabins, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms. Comfortable for up to 15.

The site of a former fishing camp, today there are four separate residences, several porches, bar areas, a pool, and covered pavilions all oriented to take advantage of the beautiful lake views. Private boat launch (depending on lake level) and a gentle slope access to the water. Property is approximately 1.75 Acres and has 475' of main body Lake Travis frontage! The main house has two large outside bars, including a covered 1200 sqft rooftop lake view area for entertaining. There is a king sized bed, futon, and sofa. Also includes a full kitchen with stove. The upstairs yellow suite has 1 bedroom with king size bed and a futon in the family room. There is also a half kitchen off the living area and a private lanai. The downstairs yellow cabin has 1 bedroom with two queen beds and a kitchenette/mini-fridge and a private, lake view screened porch for dining and lounging. The ground floor Coral Cabin has a king size bed with a futon in the living area, and a mini-fridge/kitchenette.

Property suitable for multiple families, weekend golf getaways, and couples. It is not suitable for bachelor-type parties or weddings. 15 Maximum.

Boat Lauch : This property has a private boat launch for renters use. Please use at your own risk. We cannot guarantee use of the boat launch due to variable water levels. CURRENT WATER LEVEL CONDITIONS MAKE LAUNCH UNAVAILABLE, Sorry. Please discuss with the property manager. It is a rocky shoreline, and the poured concrete only extends so far.

Other Amenities: A refreshing wading pool was built in August, 2011. Large covered dining pavilion near the waterfront, private boat launch, floating swim platform, picnic tables, lounge chairs, 3 hammocks, propane grill and two charcoal grills, iron/ironing board, first aid and tool kits, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, blenders, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, towels, linens, blankets and comforters, hair dryers, and more.

There are not too many local peak weekends, so typically your nightly rate will be $900/night unless during Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.
