Relaxing, everything you could want!

Stayed here in July with my family and friends. This place comes with everything you could need or want while on vacation. Fully stocked and applianced kitchen, fans for the bedrooms if you need them, towels, blankets, flatscreen tv with surroundsound and 100+ movies (classics and current ones of all types). You'll feel instantly at home. Of all the places I've rented and stayed over the years, this one stands out as the most organized, dependable, best communicating owner! Every last detail you'll need to know is provided - from restaurant recommendations, to who to call for internet support, and everything in between. You can't go wrong, and the price was great.
Other pluses: Sunapee State beach close by, Marzelli deli great pizza and Italian food,
The only caution I would make, and you can probably tell from the pictures, is that it sits on a hill, which makes for beautiful views but be prepared for stairs!
