Seawind delivers all the comforts of home and so much more. Enjoy a King-size Master Suite privately situated so you awake each morning to the waves and sunshine through double glass doors leading to the oversized balcony. The space is equipped with nightstands, lamps, dresser, armoire, cable TV, DVD. The master closet is used as the Owner Closet and stays locked but a hall closet and a closet in Master Bath serve as alternative. There is also plenty of storage for belongings in the furniture and bath. A secluded Master Bath has granite vanity and plenty of storage space.
The Guest Bedroom is connected to the second bath and comfortably holds a Queen-size bed, nightstands, lamp, dresser, armoire, cable TV, and DVD with a double closet. The third sleeping area, a bonus room, presently offers a twin with trundle, armoire, cable TV and DVD with playstation. This area will accommodate 2 guests.
The gourmet kitchen awaits you with granite countertops and breakfast bar, cherry cabinets, and stainless appliances with undermount cd player, radio, and mp3 connections. Open to the dining area that adequately seats four plus 3 barstools and the living area that fits a full-size sleeper sofa, love seat with ottoman, end table, armoire with cable TV and DVD comfortably. However, this condo's most desirable feature has to be the oversized balcony with dining table and chairs overlooking the Gulf.
Sparkling blue water as far as you can see, sand so white it shimmers, and a crisp, Gulf breeze welcome you. So, unpack your bags, throw on your suit and hit the beach! After a quick ride down the elevator, hop over to the one-of-a-kind interactive kiddies pool. With a gated perimeter and zero-horizon entry, it is safe, fun, and ultimately entertaining for the youngsters. Lounge chairs are provided for the grown-ups so you can take advantage of this time to work on your tan or finish that book.
If the kiddies pool is not exactly what you are looking for in a vacation, just take a stroll over to the Clubhouse area where you will find an Owner's Lounge with big screen TV, book and game library, fitness center complete with cardiovascular stations, mounted personal TV sets and a full gulf view, free weights, and sauna. As you take the few steps to the beach, you will see the heated indoor/outdoor swim-through pool conveniently located beside the hot tub and sunbathing area.
Before you leave, challenge the other Seawind families you've met to a volleyball match under the nets provided then head upstairs to Sea-n-Suds for a cold drink and some dinner!

Guestbook comments from the owner
Great weather! Only one rainshower lasting less than an hour. We ventured into Fairhope, a wonderful side trip, tried the coconut cake at Sharon's, ate lunch at Panini Pete's. Shopping was fun, lots of small shops. Tanger Outlet almost daily! Shop til ya drop! Our day started out on the beach, in for lunch, shop, dinner, then cards at night. Relaxed out on the balcony for sunsets...what a life! DeSoto's was our favorite but enjoyed Sea-n-Suds, LuLu's, Island Pancake House, Doc's, Big Daddy's at Foley, Oyster Bar & Grill in Florida, and Cobalt! Loved your condo. We've been coming every year since 2001, nothing like the beach to find your inner-self! We want to come back to your condo next year and start a new tradition!
I sell real estate in my hometown and have always dreamed of owning a home on the beach. As a family, we have vacationed in Gulf Shores for over 20 years and wouldn't dream of being anywhere else. We enjoy walking down the beach in the early morning before it gets active. If you are a 'Sheller', this is the best opportunity for quality shells. After we are finished on the beach for the day, we call in an order for Cajun steamed shrimp, potatoes and corn at a local shop. Dinner is served on the balcony with a glass of wine and a beautiful sunset. Easy on the wallet, easy on me! We also enjoy the short walk along the beach to The Pink Pony Pub. Just throw on a swimsuit cover-up and sit outside on the deck with a basket of steamed shrimp and that beautiful sunset again!
Gulf Shores was the only option for us in choosing a location for our 2nd home because it is only 8 short hours away. We can leave early in the morning and be there in time to throw on a suit and catch some sun. There are also plenty of things nearby to keep our family occupied if the beach isn't on the agenda that day. Tangers Outlet Mall has entertained us many days with well over 100 stores. The Wharf offers outstanding dining, concerts, sports bar with darts and pool, Ferris Wheel, and a theatre. San Roc Cay has wonderful boutique shopping and terrific dining. This is also where you can charter a fishing boat. My husband and I recently took 5 kids on a 1/2 day charter, 4 boys, 1 girl. Our daughter, the 1 girl, 'out fished' the boys. One boy had never held a fishing pole and caught several fish. Dolphins followed us all day. We were told this hurt our chances of catching fish, but the kids loved seeing them up close and watching them jump and flip in the water. Our Captain was good enough to hang the fish on a board back at the dock and take a group photo. The kids had such a great time.
