3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen (newly remodeled), sleeps 6 comfortably.

This house is on intersecting canals with easy access to the ocean. Golf, fishing, dining, shopping and amusements for children. There is a boat dock and a quiet deck overlooking the canal. Weber Gas Grill for your barbarqing pleasure. High definition TV with surround sound, and internet access. The kitchen / dining area has just been remodeled. This is an excellent location for kids as it is on a dead end street (minimal traffic) and has a boat dock for crabbing and fishing. Everything you need for a quiet, restful stay, yet close to all the fun you could want.

Quiet Setting: This is a one story, three bedroom house with a nice deck overlooking two canals. There is boat dock at the house with tie ups. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has off street parking. There are games for kids to play and nice area to walk and bike. Grocery stores are less than a five minute drive and several popular restaurants nearby.

Notes: This is a lovely one story ranch. Walk up to deck / porch is 6 steps. Property is on a canal with a deck. Gravel yard, quiet neighborhood. 2 queen beds are pillow topped. Guests are asked to leave house in as clean condition as when they arrived. No smoking inside please.

A great getaway

The house was delightful - we enjoyed the nice kitchen and living area and the deck had a beautiful view of the canal. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants, activities and the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked and we have already recommended it to our friends. The owner was very nice to talk to and everything ran smoothly. We are looking forward to our next visit!

What a beautiful place. It is exactly as it looks in the photo's and beautifully clean and neat. Good comfortable furniture and a great kitchen. The view from the deck is wonderful, you can see up and down the canal and up the adjoining canal. We had our jet ski's with us and the dock was absolutely the perfect height to get on and off. Nice little section of town to take a walk with your pooch also. Right across the street almost to Harpoon Hannah's and you can get marine gas there also. Easy access to the beach and on into Ocean City or Rehobeth.

The house is located in a great area. The house itself is very nice, 3 bedrooms and newly redone kitchen. The house is stocked very well.
The deck is wonderful and the outside shower. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and the tranquility at night, Short drive to the beach and other shopping and minitiature golf.
Overall great house and great location for a week at the beach!

This house is just as nice (and clean!) in person as it appears in the photos! There is plenty of space for a family and the location is amazing. The deck on the bay is very cute and it's walking distance to the beach. It's also an easy drive to Assateague Island, which has nice and less high-traffic beaches.

Wonderful Vacation home

My family have rented this wonderful vacation home for the past several years and love our stay. The home is cozy, roomy, tastefully decorated and well equipped; even games for the kids. The deck allows our grandchilden to play and watch the ducks and boats. The outside shower is the best; we have wonderful memories of our family time in Fenwick Island. You will definitely want to return each year as we have done!
