3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen (newly remodeled), sleeps 6 comfortably.

This house is on intersecting canals with easy access to the ocean. Golf, fishing, dining, shopping and amusements for children. There is a boat dock and a quiet deck overlooking the canal. Weber Gas Grill for your barbarqing pleasure. High definition TV with surround sound, and internet access. The kitchen / dining area has just been remodeled. This is an excellent location for kids as it is on a dead end street (minimal traffic) and has a boat dock for crabbing and fishing. Everything you need for a quiet, restful stay, yet close to all the fun you could want.

Quiet Setting: This is a one story, three bedroom house with a nice deck overlooking two canals. There is boat dock at the house with tie ups. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has off street parking. There are games for kids to play and nice area to walk and bike. Grocery stores are less than a five minute drive and several popular restaurants nearby.

Why John Lee chose Fenwick Island

I purchased this house because it is a very quiet and relaxed waterfront location but conveniently located from many attractions and the ocean. Originally I was enticed by a close friend who lives year round on the street but since, have developed several other friends who live there year round.

What makes this house unique

As a single story home, it has all the amenities I need including a quiet deck overlooking adjoining canals. On a dead end street between two canals, you can walk to Harpoon Hannah's. Papa Grande's, Catch 54 or even Walgreens but still tucked away from the main highways.

We'll be Back!

My husband and I were so impressed with our stay at John's place. He was so wonderful to work with in securing a date and getting paperwork signed. We were amazed at all the amenities John thought of and provided for his guests. This is our third stay on Fenwick Island and will never stay anywhere else. The convenient location to all the restaurants and activities, in addition to the beautiful views off the back deck...we didn't want to leave. The neighborhood is quiet and so friendly. The house itself slept all of us comfortably. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning as we sat out back and fed the ducks. We loved coming home after a night out and just relaxing, listening to the water, and looking up at the stars. For sure our favorite place...thanks John for making your home feel like ours! We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Vacation With Your Family and Dog!!

From the very start, John was a pleasure to deal with. His house is so nice and conveniently located among the beautiful canals, plus very close to the beach. We found free beach parking on 142 St in OC. Our whole stay was absolutely great! The owner has the house stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking your dog. The Weber grill was a great amenity. We also loved eating out at the many restaurants right near by (Lobster Shanty & Just Hooked are our faves). Quiet, restful, relaxing stay. Also the house is close to the Waterpark which my nieces loved! We couldn't have asked for more!!!!!

The perfect home away from home for all of us

We love staying in your home John. It is clean, comfortable and inviting. Well stocked too! I love not having to drag linens, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. down to the beach, that is such a hassle and takes up a ton of space. Such a friendly welcome to have condiments, coffee, sugar, etc. stocked too. Use if you need it and re-stock if you use it up. We bring our jet ski's down with us since the canal has quick access to both bays and the ramp at Smitty McGee's is only 5 minutes away. We tried Ken's Bayside subs this trip and wow they were good. A gazillion choices of toppings too. We always enjoy Harpoon Hannah's and their coconut muffins are yummy. It is a privilege to be able to bring Duke the dog with us. He recognizes it right away when we pull up and he knows his way around the neighborhood. Gotta' love all the neighbors too - really nice folks. Look forward to seeing you next year too!

Property is very well kept and the home is very well stocked. The backyard view is very relaxing and the location of the home is nicely situated between Ocean City Maryland and Rehoboth Beach Delaware. Great place to stay!

John's property was "just like home". It was very clean, well appointed, and surprisingly quiet. We loved the location on the canal - so peaceful!! It is clear that the property is designed to provide the optimum in vacation comforts and pet friendliness, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at many Fenwick locations, and this was by far the very best!! We can't wait to return!
