Extensive Renovation Done Winter 2011! Charming, spacious, not cluttered and very comfortable 4 bedroom house with POOL on quiet street in The Springs area of East Hampton, a short walk to Three Mile Harbor. Short drive to East Hampton or Amagansett town, farmer's market and beaches. Simple, clean, relaxed style combines sophistication with cottage charm for a true getaway.

Comfortable, bright house with a new open feel. Interior of house newly painted. New washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, stove. Large first floor's living, family and dining rooms all flow openly into kitchen. Fireplace in family room. 4 cheerful bedrooms (one on first floor) and 2 full baths (newly renovated) plus outdoor shower. Amazing large deck with grill via sliding glass doors off the stocked kitchen. Opens to landscaped yard with new fence for play with pool.

Three miles to East Hampton shops, main beaches. Near bike trails, boating, fishing and Maidstone Beach.

The home is lovely and extremely comfortable with all amenities one could want. One bedroom suite on the first floor with three other rooms upstairs makes it ideal for families. Lovely open floor plan and delightful neibhborhood with nearby yatch basin and numerous eating spots, hiking and biking as well as beach venues.

Loved our stays there and would return in a minute! Highly recommend this charming home for rest/relaxation and Hamptons frolicing.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Very clean and even better than the pics portray. We loved the new bathroom on the first floor. Pool was great. Able to walk to E.Hampton Pt (great restaurant at sunset!). Would definitely rent again.
