Beautiful Santa Barbara! Where the mountains reach the sea. Called the American Riviera for good reason. Beaches, hiking, wineries, international film festival, whale watching, fantastic restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The average temperature here is 72 degrees. 5 short blocks from the Arlington Theater and the heart of downtown. Take the electric shuttle down State St. to Paseo Nuevo for shopping and incredible restaurants, bars and entertainment, or you can go all the way to Stearns Wharf and walk along Cabrillo Blvd or spend the day at the beach. We stayed for a week - wish it could have been longer! The house was great. We felt right at home. The kitchen was perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. The beds were comfortable. The location was ideal - allowing us to walk to many points of interest including restaurants and shopping. The owner was helpful and made it easy for us to have a great vacation.

Came here for a relaxing bachelorette weekend with a few close friends. The condo was charming and well equipped. Ric was very accommodating and allowed us to have a check out late. I would definitely come back.

A++++++++!!! I am a seasoned traveler. My job takes me all over the place. I was looking for a 'home away from home' and did I find it! I will always try and stay here when I come back!!

I came for work. I found myself stopping at the gourmet market (less than 2 blocks) and buying all kinds of goodies to cook. My husband is a professional chef and so therefor my kitchen at home rarely has a vacancy (poor me, I know). My niece met me and we cooked up a storm while watching movies well in to the middle of the night! This place makes you feel at home, not 'a place to stay'. Just lovely!!!

Great Weekend in Santa Barbara!

We had last minute plans to visit Santa Barbara for the weekend and were thrilled to find such a great, centrally located spot. Booking the apartment was really quick and easy and it looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The owner was extremely helpful and had put together a great list of local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended and will definitely book again for our next Santa Barbara get away weekend.
