We've owned vacation rentals in Summit County for the last 10 yrs and love working with guests to make sure their needs are met!
Perfect for large families: The layout of the house and its size -- nearly 2600 sq ft -- is perfect for a large extended family or several families. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms: The master retreat is huge and private (on its own level) -– it has a king log canopy bed with designer linens, sitting area, 36' LCD TV, DVD player, gas fireplace with granite surround, and a beautiful bathroom suite with jet tub and dual sinks. The guest room has a king bed, sitting area and 32' LCD TV and the bunk room can sleep 6 people in a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunkbed. Adults can sit up in the lower bunks -- they are quite comfortable. In addition, 2 can sleep on the new queen sofa sleeper in the main family room and 2 on the converta-sofa in the media/second family room.
There are even 2 family rooms, so the adults and kids can be watching separate movies or TV. The main family room has seating for 7 and has a 60' LCD TV, HD cable, DVD, movies, and sliding doors to the large deck with BBQ. The 'media room' or 2nd (smaller) family room is on the same level as the guest bedroom and bunkroom. It has a 40' LCD TV, DVD player, X-Box, games, 2 giant Love Sac beanbag chairs and treadmill for fitness buffs. It has a convertible sofa/futon that can sleep 2 and reading chair.
Amazing kitchen is a cook's dream; seat 8+3 @ dinner: Loads of counterspace, stainless, high-end appliances, Fridge with chilled & filtered water and ice in door. Bosch gas stove. Loads of small appliances: toasters, hot water dispenser for hot cocoa or tea, 2 coffee makers, blender, waffle maker, etc. Lots of silverware, dishes, glassware, cookware, bakeware, as well as staples and condiments. The dining area, connected to the kitchen, overlooks the family room (which is down 7 stairs). The dining table seats 8 (and there's a booster seat for toddlers). The breakfast bar seats another 3. Off the kitchen is a 3/4 bath and brand new, huge high efficiency washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. There's also even a boot-warmer/dryer!
Loads of technology here for work or play! High speed cable modem Internet with WiFi and 2 iPhone dock/chargers. We don't have a land-line telephone, however, so bring your cell phone. Location is ideal -- just a few blocks to paved bike trail and hiking trails and 3 blocks to Main St. Plus, treadmill in media/family room for the rare rainy day that you can't ski, bike or run.

Family and Pet Friendly with Tons of Amenities
We have 2 kids, so there's a pack-n-play, baby gate, portable high chair and jogging stroller. Although we don't ourselves have pets, I love dogs and know they are part of your family, so we do allow well behaved pets with security deposit and $15/night/pet fee. There are great bike and hiking trails nearby to walk Fido too!
Oversized 1 car garage with room for skis, boards, bikes and driveway will fit another 3 cars.
