Welcome to the BVG Marina Ixtapa and Thank You for choosing this site for your getaway vacation. The BVG Marina provides a variety of services to fit each vacationer’s desires and is located on the quietest part of Ixtapa. Some of the services include: a beautiful infinity swimming pool, a separate children’s swimming pool, kids play area, pool snack bar, 2 jacuzzis, entertainments center with billiards and cards tables, business meeting rooms, indoor movie theater, and a computer room with Wi-Fi for your use. (Tennis courts, fitness center complete with sauna and steam rooms, and world class spa is all coming soon).

Our home away from home is located on the 6th floor of the South wing of the BVG Marina condo and offers an amazing view of Ixtapa’s beautiful beach and Pacific Ocean. The condo includes: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dinning room, laundry room, and a balcony with an unforgettable view. The kitchen consists of an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric tea kettle (all stainless steel), and granite counter tops.

The living room is furnished with an L-shaped couch/sleeper that comfortably sleeps two people, 46-inch LCD TV, Blue ray player-home Theater. The bedroom has a 32-inch LCD TV complete with cable channels.

The condo is thoughtfully located across the street from the Marina Ixtapa golf course and beautiful green mountains, which can be seen from the bedroom. Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance from the condo, but cabs and public transportation are easily available to travel to the exciting old city of Zihuatanejo, just four miles away.

The temperature is usually between 23-33 degrees Celsius all year round. The water temperature changes about 1 degree throughout the year. We once again welcome and encourage all to experience the beauty Ixtapa has to offer.

We loved staying at the Bay View Grand Marina! Top notch condo with amazing ocean front views from our balcony. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and with all the modern conveniences. Great king bed and more sleeping room on the sectional sofa. Photos were spot on. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and ready to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. He arranged to have a container of water in the condo along with ice for us. The infinity pool and the grounds were beautifully kept and clean. The snack bar was handy to have too...good fish tacos and my new tropical dessert drink, Pina Colada with Kahlua, yum! Great building security. The Marina is right across the street with ample restaurants to eat at. We often took the bus to Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo to restaurants and for shopping. The Blue Shrimp has good food and the best frozen Margaritas in Ixtapa. We also like the Any restaurant in Zihuat. We had the most amazing sunset dinner at the Emporio Hotel on the beach. We actually saw the sign walking the beach. $220 pesos for a huge buffet spread of salads, breads, veggies, bbqed meats of beef, pork, shrimp, wonderful desserts and a beverage, all this while watching the beautiful sunset. We also took in the Guitar Festival and the evening proved to be very entertaining. We love Ixtapa/Zihuat the culture, the beautiful people. We will definitely be back!

BVGM is fantastic!

This was our first experience renting a VRBO property and from first contact to last, we have nothing but great things to say about this owner and the condo! Condo was EXACTLY as featured in photos,and there was absolutely nothing missing in the unit that we could have possibly needed.. The BVGM itself is a beautiful property, our view was spectacular, the grounds lush and well tended. The huge infinity pool is amazing and all the staff, from security, pool, snack bar inclusive, were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem week 2 of our stay with the air conditioner and the on site property manager for the owner handled it immediately. This was our first visit to Ixtapa and we were in love with it within 24 hours! Thank you Mark, we for sure will be back and would 100% recommend this unit .

Outstanding condo

My wife and I had a great time at this condo, we had only stayed at all inclusives to this point, it was great not  getting up early in the morning to run down and save pools chairs. We loved waking up in morning and having our breakfast on the deck watching the waves roll onto the beach, and enjoying the fabulous view. The condo was very clean and came with everything you would need. The grounds surrounding the condo were well maintained and there is a great little snack bar by the pool, where you could get lunch, or a cold beer for $2.00 and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed using the tennis court and the gym had a spectacular view. It was also only a five minute walk across the street to the marina and the golf course which made life easy. Mark (the owner) was very accommodating and helpful.  Any questions we had he promptly answered, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Overall we loved this condo and it's location and would highly recommend renting this unit, we will be back.

We absolutely loved your condo. Your pictures don't do it justice. Our view was spectacular so we spent a lot of time on the patio. We would definitely stay there again. You were so helpful with where to buy groceries and what to expect. It was everything you told us and more.
