VILLA ROSELARE - AMAZING COASTLINE OCEAN VIEWS AND INFINITY POOL!

This is our second year in a row staying here, and we are absolutely in love! This is a great house, no pictures could do it justice!

My family often visits the Dominical area and this rental is a gem. It is just 10 minutes from town and while it's close to the highway, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Expect to see spectacular sunsets, toucans and monkeys everyday! I pretty sure we will be back every year!

Everything about this house is beautiful, down to the pantry door! There is WIFI in all parts of the house and AC in every bedroom. The grounds are beautiful landscapes and the pool area has space for the perfect BBQ. There is a washer and dryer on site, which is a great amenity specially in the tropics!

The style of the house is clean, airy and stylish. They have it wonderfully maintained and I would recommend this to any family.

The property manager is extremely friendly and always available, he will take care of your every need. The Dominical area has some great activities, ours being surf lessons (we always go with Costa Rica Surf Camp), ziplining (in Osa) and canyon-ing.

Every time we go back, we wish more and more that this was our own home! This is THE house to rent in Dominical!

This lovely home is exactly as it appears in the pictures and has a wonderful layout that allowed two couples a great deal of privacy and comfort. The pool is a little small if you actually want to swim, but a great place to cool off in the main heat of the day. The area around the pool has a lot of shade, so it doesn't get too hot very often. The fans in the house kept things mostly comfortable and then the air cond. in the bedrooms helped cool things off for a good sleep. The beds were pretty good, but they definitely need much better quality pillows. Utensils and pots/pans were a little scarce in the kitchen, but we managed fairly well for breakfasts and lunches. The road up to the house was, for us prairie-folk, a little scary on the first day, but we got used to it pretty quick. We arranged a rental car (definitely need a rental car for staying in this house) through Richard that was brought to the house and we were picked up and dropped off (from airport and back to airport) by Richard's friend. The 3 1/2 hour drive was a bit cramped in a regular car -- a bus from San Jose to Dominical (or other transport) might be more comfortable. Check out "Vamos" car rental in the town of Dominical -- Very helpful. I would have liked to be able to walk to the beaches (distance wise it was doable), but the steep roads made walking very difficult. Richard Rivera (house manager) was definitely helpful. Considering the number of vacant and un-used homes in the area, you should be able to rent this house for less then $200.00 per night (especially if you want it for more than a week). If you like being removed for any action and like your privacy, this is definitely the place to go. Our one set of neighbours were only a 100 feet away, but with the forest between us, we hardly noticed them. The town of Dominical is a 5-10 minute drive away and has some decent restaurants. Quality of food in the area is mostly average, and be prepared to sit back, relax and wait for a bit. People are wonderful in the area and we would definitely go back. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife for the pool area.
It would be really nice if the house had a phone and Satellite TV with more English channels. The Wifi Internet worked very well. The main highway from San Jose and Dominical and Ojochal is excellent! If you would like more information, just ask Richard to give you our email address.

We had a very nice time in this beautiful and comfortable house. We had the pleasure to see beautiful birds, flowers and trees. Fully recommended for anyone wanting to visit Costa Rica to relax, have fun and enjoy your stay.
