The villa has carefully been designed with new furniture, brand new paved sun deck with sunshine all day long, big pool with waterfall, upscale lounge chairs with pool towels, a new captains walk with an extra private sun deck and a 10.000 pound boat lift. Villa Cape Harbour has wireless high speed internet throughout the entire house and at the pool area.

A brand new fishing boat has been purchased and sits right behind the house on the boat lift. It's a 23 ft Nautistar with GPS and a 150 HP 4 stroke Yamaha motor. For the kids a water tube can be used behind the boat. Have fun!

Rent the brand new 23 ft Nautistar Fishing boat: This house has a 10.000 pound boat lift with a 23 ft Nautistar fishing boat with GPS and live bait wells. This boat can sit 8 persons. The boat has a pre-programmed GPS for all the best fishing grounds. The boat is equipped with life jackets, safety kit, flares, full insurance and Sea-Tow.

Great place to relax and kick back

This place is fabulous. It has tons of room for everyone. It is in a great neighborhood in a great area. We didnt catch anything from the dock but a manatee did come to visit on a few days which was fantastic for kids and adults alike. The pool was very nice once we figured out how to turn the heat on...I think they had recently had a lot of rain b/c it was quite cool for this time of year. After having the heat cranking for about 6 hours it was like a bathtub. It cost about $80 in electricity, which we anticipated, but it was worth every penny as everyone spent a lot of time in it after that. All in all a great place to go and kick back. The child fence for the pool is awesome - NO worries once it is up and it took 5 minutes or less to set up.

The one warning I would give is if you have small children. The floor in the house is beautiful but CRAZY slippery when it or your feet are wet. It was pouring when we arrived and we stepped in the house and all about went for a ride. You need to be very careful coming in from the pool to make sure you arent wet and you dont leave a trail of water. It was not a problem for our half of the group as our kids were 12 and 13 but someone did have a 2 year old. He had more than his share of wipeouts and tile is not forgiving.

Gorgeous Home.

Our vacation at the Villa was outstanding. The home was gorgeous and the pictures just don't do it justice. The home was very clean, and well laid out. The pool was the highlight of this all, the kids just wanted to be there more than anywhere else. My only issue was w/ the light switches there were so many we couldn't figure out how to turn the pool lights on for 3 days. So maybe some labels would be helpful. Our family didn't want to leave it was so quiet at night just relaxing in the pool, and watching the lizards that would come climb on the screened in patio. We loved our stay and it was a great home for kids. Lots of room to move around.

Fabulous House at Villa Cape Harbour

My husband and I recently rented this beautiful home. We can't say enough about it. It was magnificient, spacious, with all new and luxurious furnishings. The house is very well equipped and very clean. There is an inter-com system throughout the whole house and music available at all times, which was very enjoyable.
There is exercise equipment, ping-pong table, basketball hoops, & many more games for children and adults, which we found very useful and fun for our grandchildren. The heated pool was extremely nice and very refreshing for daily use.
The location of the house is ideal and easy access to Cape Harbour, restaurants and local shopping. Actually it is a 3 minutes walk to the beautilful Harbour which is very picturesque.
Our house manager Koen is extremely nice and accommodating. He never hesited to help us as soon as we calleld him. For example, there were a couple of amenities needed at the home when we arrived and he immediately came over and fulfilled our requests.
Unlike the above review, our electrical consumption was very minimal and not at all costly.
We had such a wonderful holiday and enjoyed this house so much that we have already booked it for next year. A truly magnificent place.

We loved the new furniture and the cleanliness

Dear Property Manager /Owner,

We loved the stay in Villa Cape Harbour mainly because it was kept really clean and the entire house had brand new furniture.

Of course we enjoyed the game room a lot! My sons were playing with the Wii from morning until evening.

We had a problem with our sofa bed, but the property manager resolved this very quick. We loved the eye for detail in this house and it is so conveniently located across from the Cape Harbour. We will definitely come back.

Our trip in this marvelous House....

First i Would like to say that this house is wonderful. Everything in it is new, furniture, sun deck, towels, lounge chairs.....
The only big problem is the price of Electricity.... 300$ extra consumption in 14 days....... Incredible.....
When I signed the contract I asked Koen from "go florida investments" at Cape Coral, if electricity was included. He answered me " elec is included. Extra consumption will be charged, you should not have a problem".
When we arrived in the house, there was no air conditioning. We asked Koen, who sent us a first man who tried to repair, and did not arrive, a second man came it was the same thing. Finally it was the fitter of the air conditioning who was able to repair. It was 93°F in the house and we are sure that the time which it has needed to the house to cool, explains this extra consumption. We explained that to Koen, who did not want to know anything.....
Koen waited the day after our departure to send us the photo of the arrival and the departure of the elec meter to ask us the sum.....
In every case, we cannot do anything except to pay because he told us that he will take this on the deposit.....
Not very nice.
It's a pity, we will not return in this wonderful house because of it......
