Excellent location...unobstructed Gulf view from the balcony. Plenty of room, enough TVs for everyone to watch, comfortable beds, well furnished, kitchen has plenty of pots, utensils, dishes, etc. The wifi worked well. Since the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed the heated indoor/outdoor pool, which was truly nice and warm. The hot tub was nice and hot. We even sat in the hot tub in the rain...fun. Loads of restaurants and shopping near by.
We loved staying here for our summer vacation to Destin. We were 2 families- 3 adults and 4 kids under 13 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was very nice and the location is fantastic. Being on a low floor so close to the ocean and the reserved parking spot was great.It was so convenient and made things so much easier with the kids and taking all of our stuff to the beach. We loved this condo and hope to stay here again.
Condo was great. Clean, nice & seemed to be pretty freshly painted. We had a great time & I think this was the best place we ever stayed. The pool was a big plus and my 4 year old granddaughter was not too fond of the beach. I loved the way you need a code to get in to the pool and building and how the door keys are handy for everyone. Well worth the price too.
The water is simply gorgeous and beach is wide with plenty of room for play! Teenagers loved boogie boarding (no jelly fish!!!) and a pool is always a nice amenity, but this one was extra special. When you've had too much sun (is that possible?!) you can still enjoy the indoor part of the pool or swim outside again and hop into the hot tub. This property was special due to the corner unit with great views from front and side, but also with easy access from parking lot, and the fact that you can easily see the beach from the living room or balcony and keep an eye on everyone while enjoying a glass of wine! The beach was what we came for, so we did not take in too many sights, but we did take 8 teenagers to Joe's Crab Shack and had a blast! Also made a great Low Country Boil and found a pot large enough for it in the condo!! Got the shrimp from Sexton's and it was de-lish!!! There is so much to do around there, retail outlets, water park, golfing, etc.. We were tempted to cancel this one due to oil crisis, but am so glad we did not! Not one sign of oil problems there, in fact, it's really easy to forget about everything and just relax.
Would highly recommend this one! Owner was exceptionally nice with a little French accent - always a plus!!
