This aspen, pine and wildflower paradise lies at the eastern foot of Square Top Mountain in the San Juan National Mountain Range with some of highest peaks of the Continental Divide visible to the northeast. The Blanco River borders the property on the east with eight hundred and fifty feet of crystal clear river frontage; perfect for trout fishing, camping and other recreational activities.
The ranch site, twenty miles east of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, offers esthetic attributes unsurpassed anywhere in North America. To mention only a few: Clean mountain air, pristine springs, gorgeous mountain panoramas, bountiful wildflowers, Rocky Mountain birds galore as well as other abundant wildlife including: American bald eagle, elk, deer, turkey, bear, coyote, and porcupine.
