LUXURY BEACHFRONT 2BR PENTHOUSE–STANZA MARE IN PUNTA CANA

We returned to Stanza Mare for the second year in a row. The location of this complex is wonderful, right on the beach. Views from the balcony are breath taking. The grounds of the complex are very well maintained. The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Carlos the security guard was very entertaining. There is now a beach bar and new restaurant on the property. We enjoyed breakfast at the bakery every morning, just a short walk away. Ate lunch a couple of times at Nam Nam, sandwiches were great, homemade bread was delicious. There was a new restaurant that just opened a short walk away, Il Toscano. Food there was outstanding! We actually ate there two nights in a row. Their pizzas are great and all pastas are made fresh there. Also ate at Balicano, food and service there was very good. There are a couple of stores within walking distance to get groceries and Rum!

The property is managed by Linda and Vincente (LVR tours), and they are located on site. They were very helpful and will arrange excursions for you if you want. They set up our airport transfers and will even exchange US dollars into RD for you. If you need anything or if there is a problem they are always available!

This is a very relaxing place to drink and eat! The beach is beautiful, clean and private. A lot of adjoining complexes have little to no beach, not here. There is nobody on top of you, lots of space.

Would definitely go back and would recommend this to anyone looking to getaway and enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

Jerry's condo is super. Being on the top floor is a treat. Calming breeze for all of 2 weeks. Getting out of our cold winter, sleeping comfortably without airconditioning is just what we needed.
Stanza Mare is home from home. There were 10 of us in our party and renting different condo units is the perfect way to do it. We were together and yet, we were not on each other's space.

This is such a charming condo and a perfect place to spend a vacation. The terrace looks out to the ocean and the pool and was one of our favorite spots to be at sunset. The ocean breezes fill the condo and are simply delightful. What truly makes this place wonderful though are the people. Linda, the property manager, is truly a gem. She greets you upon arrival, shows you around the condo, and answers any questions you have. During our stay she was always there to help in any way we needed. The restaurant on premise is very decently priced and the staff extremely pleasant. Carlos takes care of bringing down beach chairs near the ocean and is also very friendly. We walked daily to the small store, the French bakery, and the gelato shop. The beach was immaculate and the sand like sugar. We loved the friendly, safe, clean, and laid back feel of the entire place. Thanks everyone for making our stay so wonderful!
