This beautiful newer home built in 2010, and new on the vacation rental market is now available for you to enjoy. Our home has three large bedrooms, the master has a queen bed and a bathroom, a second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom comes with two twin beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper so one adult could use this as a bed as well. Our home is fully equipped for more people, but 7 will be very comfortable. We have tried very hard to give our home all the amenities that anyone will need.

Saint George Activities

Zion's National Park and many other national parks located nearby. Saint George is a great place to escape the winter blues. This area is named Utah's Dixie because of its great weather, this allows golfing year round. There are many championship courses and if golf is your game this is a great place to stay for a short or an extended stay. There are outlet stores near by, this should peak the interest of the shopper in your family, never fear what ever you are looking for can be found in one of the many stores. Camping, rock climbing, and hiking is everywhere for the outdoor enthusiast, there are very few places like this. Bring the kids and experience life as few get to enjoy it. Tuacahn Theater is an outdoor theater and a great place to for families or for a couple’s night out.

Description

This beautiful new home built in 2010, and new on the vacation rental market is now available for you to enjoy. Our home has three large bedrooms, the master has a queen bed and a bathroom, a second bedroom has a queen bed as well and the third bedroom comes with two twin trundle beds, making this room capable of sleeping four children. The living room has a sofa sleeper, but we added an additional 3 inch memory foam pad to the 5 inch mattress for additional comfort. Equipped for 10 people, this home will have all that you need.

Amenities

Satellite TV, high speed internet, BBQ, and patio furniture, 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 adults and 4 children for a total of 10 people. Our home comes with two TVs, one in the master and one in the living room, with a DVD player in the living room for family enjoyment. We also have a washer and Dryer, we hope you don’t have to work to hard on you vacation, but just in case we wanted to make sure you have the ability to wash your favorite outfit again.

Wonderful comfortable home

This is a great property. Owner pays attention to detail. Nicely furnished and clean. The home is spacious with all the emenities of home. We espically enjoyed haveing a garage to store our bikes.The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Close to great restaurants, shopping, Zion national park, Snow Canyon, Tuacahan Theater, Mesquite, hiking, biking, as well as walking trails.The owner does a good job displaying this property. What you see is what you get. You won't be dissapointed.
We hope to come back next year!
