The house is a single story 3 bdrm 2 bath. Luxuriously remodeled with new kitchen, new baths, travertine floors throughout, bedrooms carpeted. It is located 1 mile from the ocean up a slight hill and sits on the corner lot facing the ocean. This allows for a world class view. Wide open views but very private at the same time. Watch the sunset with a full view of San Clemente Island from every room in the house or sit in the backyard spa, look away from the ocean to your right and take in the local mountains.

In and around San Clemente: We invite you. Come to San Clemente to live the real Southern California experience. Relax and enjoy the best climate in the world. A 20 minute walk to the beach (or a 5 minute drive). San Clemente is known for its consistently good surfing. Locally: Trestles, San Onofre, T-street, or you can travel 30 min south to Carlsbad and many San Diego beaches. 10 minutes away is Dana Point Harbor where you can rent a sailboat, or a kayak, go deep sea fishing, whale watching, or take a Catalina Island excursions, The San Clemente Golf course is a beautiful public course, complete with ocean views. Del mar horse race track 'where the surf meets the turf ' is only 45 min. away. Or drive 1 hour down the coast to San Diego for LegoLand for kids, Seaworld, and the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Go North to Disneyland, Anaheim Angels, and Ducks (45 minutes)...

Great stay!

We stayed in this home over Thanksgiving weekend and found it to be a pretty perfect fit for our two families (with two small kids/family). We especially loved the size and openness of the kitchen and living area; the hot tub right off the kitchen; the landscaping; and the beautiful views from high above. We had some concerns about the property, but didn't approach the owners until after we had left. Gary quickly responded in a very friendly and professional manner and I understand that all of our concerns have been addressed. Assuming this is true, we would DEFINITELY stay there again and would recommend it to other families who also value practicality and pocketbook over fancy digs. We really enjoyed it!

Great location and charming house!

I rented this house for my birthday weekend because it was close to my favorite surf break. Gary and Trish are super sweet and the house is wonderfully cared for and such a beautiful space! I had a great time and am considering making this an annual trip! :)

They have plenty of space to sleep, are dog friendly, and I LOVED the living room. It was a great space to gather and play board games and catch up with friends.

My husband returned to OC for a family wedding. We felt at home and extremely comfortable in this home. Beautiful, clean, and a short walk to ocean. We enjoyed our morning walks seaside. We actually recommended it to several friends and customers planning a trip there. We do it again in a heartbeat.

Wounderful Vacation Home

Our stay ( 9 of us) at this location was one of the best experiences we have ever had, this was the perfect house, everything in order and nice and clean, very comfortable beds, clean sheets, plenty of towels, full kitchen with all utensils needed, ready to jump in jacuzzi, with perfect 360 round view, just gorges. Such good location, did not need to go sit seeing.
