This oceanfront home is set up so that each floor is self-suffient with its own kitchen, great room, laundry, 2 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. The whole house sleeps up to 12-16 people and has 4 bedrooms 4 full baths plus 2 half baths, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms and 2 greatrooms. In a large party, one of the greatrooms can be used as a bedroom with a half bath making this a 5 bedroom house. Welcome to Casa Del Sol. At the end of a private lane there awaits Casa del Sol. While you are here, this is your home. Experience the therapy of waking up and looking at the waves as they reflect the morning sun. Feel the cool ocean breeze and the hot sun. Dive into the sea, walk on the beach, or just sit on the porch. Relax and watch TV while looking at the ocean through the expansive glass doors. In the evenings, stargaze and dream.
We have preserved the beachy feeling of our oceanfront house while still giving you the conveniences you deserve. There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom and each living area has a large TV with DVDs and VCRs. We have games, books and water toys. Sit in the shady porches or out on the large balconies. Each level has a grill. If your budget is tight, cooking at home can save you more money a day than the cost of the house, so renting a house is a great way to save.
Large parties can rent the entire home or smaller parties (only during off season) can rent just half and still feel like they have a beautiful beach house.

The Beach Level is called Island Tropics. In the tropics they love shade as much as they love sun. One feels good because of the other. In this level you have the colors of the islands: greens, yellows, blues, and corals. Colorful paintings, tile floors, and stained wood furniture. This level has a massage chair so you can relax after a tough day at the beach. Since it is at beach level you just walk out the back porch and your toes are in the sand. Sitting on the shady porches, you will feel like you are in your own private beach somewhere in the caribbean. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, Livingroom (queen sleeper couch and twin sleeper ottoman), dining room and Laundry facilities. This level can be rented separately in the fall, winter or spring if you have a small party
The upstairs is called Key West. Bright apple greens, sky blues, corals, white wood furniture and wood floors. This unit has skylights. It offers 2 balconies and a shaded porch. The show-stopper, however, is its spectacular view. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, Livingroom (queen sleeper), dining room and Laundry facilities. This level can be rented separately in the fall, winter or spring if you have a small party
We have parking for 8 cars and are located away from busy A1A. We have a no driving beach. This means unobstructed views and is also safer for kids. The beach is wide, flat and sandy- no cliffs or rocks like the beaches north and south of us.
The oldest and (in my opinion) most romantic town of St Augustine is a 10 minute drive away. There is a shuttle that takes you back and forth. Be prepared to feel like you have stepped back in time to a town somewhere in Spain. You can even take a carriage ride.

Within 2 blocks.-Restaurants (closest one sells newspapers), spa, shops, surf shop and surf lessons, miniature golf, bike/surfboard/kayak etc. rental, a pool owned by a restaurant where you can have a drink, listen to music and watch the kids swim.
Within 5 min- Pier, Public tennis courts, playgound, library, YMCA (w/ daily or weekly memberships for pool and exercise center- very affordable), Alligator Farm, Amphitheater, Lighthouse, marinas
Within 10 min- Beautiful old St Augustine- historic and romantic
Within 15 min- Large Outlet mall, swimming with the dolphins at Marineland, famous World Golf Village
Within 30-45 min- Daytona Races
Within 60-90 min- Orlando( Disney World, MGM etc.)
We want Casa del Sol to become your beach home that you return to as a yearly tradition. Where life slows down and you let your heart take the lead and give your brain a vacation.
