Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Beautiful, very clean, direct beach front, newly renovated 3 bedroom duplex condo. Upstairs: all new stainless kitchen/dining room, large living area with gas fireplace, terrace with gas BBQ, all tiled floors for easy cleaning and lovely look. Downstairs: 3 bedrooms, oversized master has new bathroom with 2 showers & a whirlpool tub, master also has a very large terrace and walk-in closet. 2 other bedrooms have bunk beds each with full size bed on bottom and twin on top, bathroom with shower and tub, a laundry area and many closets. Overall it's the largest duplex condo you will find in Long Beach and the closest to the beach. You can take a very short bike ride to Long Beach's famous boardwalk where there are concerts on the beach along with various arts & crafts fairs, health fairs, volley ball and beach tennis tournaments throughout the summer. Or you can walk 2 blocks to Beech Street's many restaurants, bars, shopping and children's park with sprinkler fountains.

About The Owner

We purchased the condo as an investment and as a local get-a-way, as we only live 25 minutes away. When we stay at the condo the kids can't decide if they want to go to the beach, the park or for a bike ride on the boardwalk. There is something fun to do everyday.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
Why The Owner chose Long Beach

We chose this location because we love the beach and the easy laid back beach lifestyle however we still need to be able to commute to work everyday. We do not want to sit in Hampton traffic. It is a perfect location for families, couples and singles.

What makes this condo unique

I love that when we arrive we park the car and will not need to move it the entire time we are there. Everything is within walking distance or a short bike ride away. What I enjoy most is waking in the morning, sitting on the terrace with my coffee watching the waves crashing. I could stay there all day, reading and soaking up the sun.

We were very happy with our stay at this lovely 3 bedroom condo on the the ocean in Long Beach NY. The owner was very easy to deal with, the condo was immaculate and very upscale, nicely decorated and had all the items we needed for our stay - towels, dishes, everything we needed. Washer & dryer was very convenient to have.
The listing photos were very accurate - the ocean view was beautiful and very relaxing.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
