Greetings and welcome to Casa Buenavista. On your next visit to Lima, enjoy the luxury, comfort, and service of a five star hotel with a more affordable price and the best location in the city.

Casa Buena Vista is nestled between the JW Marriott and the Miraflores Park Hotels, on the 12th floor of a modern and private condo building, overlooking a 300 foot cliff, overlooking the pacific ocean. You will enjoy the most amazing sunsets, listen to the symphony of waves cashing fall below with a single to dozens of para-sailors with their rainbow colored chutes gliding by.

In addition, you will enjoy the convenience of being a two minute walk from Larcomar filled with cafes, restaurants, movie theatres, night clubs, a bowling alley, full service gym and numerous gift shops.

Our beautiful home opens to a spacious living room/dining room with spectacular views and sunsets from a huge balcony with floor to ceiling glass sliding glass doors. It also includes a large flat screen TV and DVD player with a Home Theater System; an Amazonian Wood designed dining table with seating up to eight people; and modern kitchen; a laundry room with washer and dryer.

For sleeping, our home includes three bedrooms (one master bedroom with a king size bed, walking closet, private bathroom and balcony, and two queen bedrooms with closets and a shared bathroom).

All our rooms have beautiful views of the Lima Bay.

And best of all, our warm and welcoming home includes a full time housekeeper, Pina, who has delighted our guests with her delicious home prepared Peruvian meals and takes care of you to ensure your stay at Casa Buena Vista is a magical experience. She is available as much or as little as you require.

We and our guests have enjoyed magical moments and conversations relaxing as we enjoy the beautiful and majesty of the Pacific Ocean, the sunsets, the peace and tranquility of Casa Buenavista. We hope that you will too.

Why The Owner chose Lima

I had the chance to buy the property while it was still under construction. I fell in love with it because of the beautiful view (I've seen amazing sunsets there), convenient location, and security of the place.

What makes this apartment unique

Pina has day to day responsibility to take care of our home and guests. She is amazing.

Really Special Place To Stay in Lima

This is just an amazing place to stay! 12th floor overlooking the ocean and Larcomar, this apartment has completely modern furniture, fixtures and interior design. Secure with a 24 hour door man, within 1 minute walk to Larcomar, 10 minutes walk to Kennedy Park and several shopping districts, it’s perfectly located in trendy Miraflores. Quiet and comfortable. . It comes with a full time housekeeper, who is delightful and very friendly - but she’s stays out of the way and I never felt like she was intruding on my privacy. I guess I sound like an advertisement, but I really enjoyed this place and highly recommend it. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come to Lima.

Best apartment in the city

I stayed at Casabuenavista for a week in 2009 and absolutely loved it! The apartment is clean and well kept with an unobstructed view of the beach and miraflores. We had easy access to the mall and transportation. Pina, the housekeeper, is lovely and very friendly. We took evening walks along the boulevard and always felt very safe. In short, we absolutely loved our time there and can't wait to go back in the future!

Amazing, Best Place to stay in Lima. Highly Recommended

Best place to stay in Lima if you go for both business or pleasure. The condo has all the amenities that you could need in the best location in Lima, with amazing views of the ocean. The condo is close to great restaurants, the beach, night clubs, Larcomar, with Movie theaters and restaurants. There is also a great Gym close by. The condo itself is very clean and very well kept with 24 hours security. Pina is great, and cooks really good peruvian food. Five star hotel with the privacy and comfort of a home.
