Manomet is located 9 miles south of Plymouth Village. Your family can enjoy our beach at the end of the road or just relax and play in the back yard. The local grocery store and liquor store are just 2 miles away. There are many local restaurants and Plymouth Village is just a 10 minute drive away.

At certain times of the year enjoy the harbor seals when they come in to sun themselves. Walk for miles along Plymouth's beautiful beaches. Enjoy a morning sunrise and walk to a local restaurant for breakfast.

Our Private Association Beach is only 3/10 mile at the end of our road. We are located only 9 miles from Plymouth Center and America's home town including Plymouth Rock and Plymouth Village. Plymouth Harbor includes deep sea fishing, Whale Watching Sea Kayaking, Antiquing at the antique malls in Plymouth Village, museums and local festivals. 6.8 miles from Plymouth Plantation and only 8 miles to Cape Cod and The Cape Cod Canal. Numerous State Parks including Miles Standish State Forest with many miles of bike paths and hiking trails.

Only 45 miles to Historic Boston.

    * We rent to mature, responsible adults, over the age of 25, who will respect the property, the neighbors, and the neighborhood.
    Refundable Security Deposit Required $300 for weekly or month rentals, $250 for 3 night weekend rental. $500.-- if pets and approved.
    There is a cleaning fee for 2 nights if approved. There is a cleaning fee if cottage isn't left as requested in contract.
    50% down payment required to reserve week. If pet excepted addtional security will be applied.
    50% final payment due 30 days prior to check-in
    * Discounts given for multiple week rentals.
  • Monthly rates can be discussed.

Fall time fun

We got to spend an amazing week at this charming cottage. There is a pretty beach within walking distance that our 2 boys (1 and 3) just loved. The drive up to Provincetown and Cape Cod Seashore was easily done, as was a day trip into Boston, while all the time being in a nice, quiet neighbourhood.
The owners were very helpful and even organized a pack'n'play for us. They were also quite knowledgeable about the area and willing to share their knowledge.
If we ever come back into this area, we'd stay here again.

Awesome Beach Cottage!!!

We stayed at this beautiful little cottage that was very tidy and had that beach feel as soon as we walked through the door. The first night we had pizza from Cappy's (highly recommend the BBQ chicken pizza!) This is well located with grocery stores only 5-10 minutes in either direction. The onsite free laundry was a lifesaver! The cottage is laid out well so the five of us never felt on top of each other and was very well stocked. The location made it easy to head south to the Outer Cape or up north to Boston. A smaller mall and very nice outdoor shopping plaza are also only a short drive away. We drove up 3A into Plymouth and enjoyed the scenic route very much! I would highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful stay in Manomet. The house was all we could have asked for. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Plymouth Beach House Open for the Fall Foliage

The home was listed accurately with the location, layout and all the amenities. Though its listed as 880 sq. ft. , it seemed much bigger. With 6 adults we had plenty of room to move around. The only thing I would list for future renters is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is only for kids, the mattresses are not for adults. The property was clean and well maintained. Chris was very nice when I contacted her on our arrival and the welcome baskets were an awesome touch. Though we were out and about the majority of the time we had subs at Rose and Vickies (I hope I got the name right) which were excellent. The walk to the beach took just minutes and it was the cleanest Mass. beach I have been to-just beautiful. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. This home was so much better then any hotel. Thank you Cindy and Will for use of your beach house.

Awesome Get Away with family or friends

This place was great. Plenty of room, clean, and the layout was perfect Very friendly and helpful owners!The beach was wonderful, and avery short walk! The yard and deck were perfect. I had several family members visit and threw a big barbecue. So close to Plymouth Plantation, Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower. Plymouth Center was a ton of fun. We ate Chinese food (the best!) at Ming Dynasty in Plymouth Center, awesome seafood at Berts. Boston is a very short drive away, as is Cape Cod. This place was the perfect summer cottage at the beach!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
