A five to ten minute walk to Front Beach, village galleries, shops, and restaurants, and a short walk to Bearskin Neck and the harbor—with views of iconic Motif #1. Swim, explore tidal pools, picnic, shop for treasures, enjoy stunning nautical scenery, and dine on lobster and other local seafood fresh from the boat. On weekend summer evenings, walk a short distance to bandstand concerts at Back Beach and enjoy ice cream from local shops.And just a short walk down the street, Rockport’s glorious new Shalin Liu Center offers a wide array of musical performance, from chamber music to jazz and R&B.

What a great holiday. The house was perfect for out getaway. Being here this time of year was a great time. Beautiful hikes with fantastic weather. Bear Skin Neck w/o throngs! Truly great. Being in a fully functioning and special home made it perfect.
