With so much to do, why would you want to stay anywhere else?
My husband and I have always considered retiring in the Hill Country, but with three kids that would not be happening any time soon. We have not planned on looking for a retirement home until we saw this one. We immediately fell in love with the location, the beautiful oak trees, and the creek. You still have the feel of being in the country, but are close to many attractions. We have found that as a family this is a perfect location to get away from everything and go relax and enjoy each other’s company. We hope you too will enjoy your stay and take advantage of what all it has to offer.
We chose Johnson City because of it's prime location to so many attractions. There is so much to do as a family, a couple, or an individual. It is a great place to make family memories together.
One of our favorite places to go is the The Wildlife Ranch outside of New Braunsfels. You can enjoy an entire day driving through the ranch looking and feeding all the unique animals and follow it with a picnic lunch. We also enjoy the market days in Fredericksburg every 3rd weekend of the month. It is a great place to shop for antiques and unique gift items. There is also plenty of food and bands that play. There are still so many others that I could mention, but these are by far our favorite.
