**These are total cost, which includes taxes, linens and departure cleaning!

We just put in a brand new King Mattress in the Master Bedroom, and new double beds in the 2nd bedroom.

Seawatch is a wonderful Oceanfront resort located in the Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach, SC. The resort has 5 outdoor pools, 2 Indoor pools, 1 indoor children’s pool, 2 Lazy Rivers, 11 Whirlpools. There is also an on site restaurant.

There is a work-out room in the North Tower. The cost is $5.00 per day or $15.00 per week.

Located only minutes from the Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Myrtle Beach's famed Restaurant Row and more, Sea Watch is set conveniently among Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's most popular attractions.

This is also a great resort in the winter…golf, shopping, shows, indoor pools and hot tubs to enjoy! Also, a variety of daily activities offered to kids and adults. Bingo is always a favorite!

The condo sleeps 8: Master with king bed, second bedroom with 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

There is brand new carpet and large LCD TV’s in living room and master bedroom.

Free Wireless Internet in the unit. The password will be provided.

All linens are included in the price.

$100 refundable security deposit will be due

I must receive a copy of driver’s license and signed rental agreement. I will e-mail the one page rental.

NO smoking in unit or balcony, NO Pets, NO renter under the age of 25.

Best Christmas Family Vacation in Myrtle Beach

We loved this condo as it is closed to the Tanger Outlet Mall , golf and the beach, exactly what we wanted for our family Christmas vacation. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable for four of us. Although painting of the corridor was going on during our stay, it did not bother us at all. Mary was always quick to respond to our questions and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful View and Wonderful January Weather in Myrtle Beach

Our family had a wonderful winter getaway in your condo last week. We loved the easy check-in and keyless entry of your condo. The buffet breakfast at the Captain's Cove Restaurant in the North Tower here at Seawatch was delicious and reasonably priced at $9. We were pleasantly surprised to have the temperatures in the 70s in the second week of January. I spent most of my time by the pool until late afternoon when I would retreat to the quiet balcony where I enjoyed watching the sky change colors as the sun set. The rest of my evenings were spent watching the large, high definition, flat screen TV. I am home now with my sad, 14-year-old Sony and I miss the high definition channels. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and you can hear the waves coming in even with the sliding door closed. We will definitely be back next winter!

I absolutely loved the condo and I love Seawatch. The condo had absolutely everything I needed. It was comfortable and accurately portrayed on VRBO. I especially loved the combination lock for the door which allowed me to not have to keep up with a key.

SeaWatch was a great location just off Hwy 22. Easy access to plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Condo was clean, beds comfortable, security visible...overall a great place to stay. We will stay here again and hope Mary's condo 501 is available.

We just returned from our vacation in Myrtle Beach it was our first vacation there and we had a great time. Mary's condo was great, plenty of room with a great view, would defninitely recommend and return to Seawatch!
