This place was awesome!!! It's exactly like in the pictures but better! It's at the end of a road in a cul de sac with mountains behind so it's so nice and peaceful. The outdoor area is AMAZING! They have a great hot tub with waterfall which had detailed operation instructions so was pretty easy to use. There was also a nice grill outside and lots of outdoor chairs and places to sit. There was 8 of there so we had to use the 2 rollaway beds and there was plenty of room to set these up and lots of extra bedding. The amenities inside were great, the kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels and even beach equipment. It was very clean and the nicely organized with lots of information in the guestbook about things to do nearby. Jeff and Kara were also great in getting back to any questions I had and were also really quick to return the security deposit. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come to stay again!

Relaxing, comfortable stay!

The property is beautiful, functional and thoughtfully furnished with everything you would need for a long family vacation. It is close to all the local amenities like restaurants, groceries, etc. My sister’s and my family stayed for about 5 nights here with 3 kids and 4 adults and the stay was perfect. We loved a lot of things about the house and the location
• Outdoor area – the backyard, sand box, hot tub, outdoor shower, grill and heater. All perfect
• Furnishings were high quality
• Kitchen was fully stocked
• Proximity to the beach is a short walk away which was awesome
• At the end of the cul de sac so kids could go outside n play while we were getting ready for the beach

You can have a good adult time in the hot tub while the kids are in the sand box next to it. Then a quick shower for them n you in the outdoor shower before your dinner off the grill. So no mess indoors to clean up later.
Overall loved everything however the only thing I disliked was the size of the master bedroom suite. The bathroom is tiny, hardly any space to stand and use the sink and the bedroom doesn’t have a lot of space either. Just wanted to call it out in case someone was looking for a spacious master retreat otherwise everything else here is perfect and I would totally recommend renting this property.

Wonderful Weekend House

This house is a beautiful Santa Barbara home and the pictures do not do it justice. I rented the house with a group of bridesmaids for a wedding at Elings Park and it could not have been a more perfect spot for the weekend.

The house is perfect for relaxing - great patio, beautiful landscaping, and an incredible hot tub. And it is still in a great location for enjoying the sites of Santa Barbara - Hendry's Beach is just down the road and downtown Santa Barbara is only a few miles away.

I would definitely rent this house again and highly recommend it.

Fabulous Girls Weekend in SB

Six of us spent a weekend at this lovely home in Santa Barbara! The house is adorable and the kitchen is a dream for cooking (we arranged for a chef to come do a private class)! The back yard is beautiful and private and we soaked up the sun while enjoying our morning coffee on the patio. Great location (walking distance to the beach and a short drive or cab ride to State Street). The owners are wonderful and very responsive to your requests. The house is beautifully appointed with everything that you could want for an incredible stay in Santa Barbara! I cannot say enough about what a fantastic trip we had and how much we all enjoyed the house! My only disappointment was how short our trip was!

My sister, my mom, our friends, and I stayed here for three nights. First, the owners are very good at communicating. Instructions for the house are easily available and clear. I was impressed at how easy it was to rent the place. Second, what a fabulous house! It is decorated simply and beautifuly. The outdoor area is spacious and lovely for kids and adults. It is quiet and very close to the beach. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
