Our Marathon home is available all year round. This price includes all of the following amenities. There is a private pool and a 7ft Jacuzzi for your relaxation. This home has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms with the master suite having its own private bathroom. The house sleeps up to 10 people. Now available for the first time, owners private suite. This beautiful extra room has all amenities including TV and king size bed. This owner’s master suite is now available for only $700 a week tax included. This is the only bedroom located on the first floor of the house and is great for someone who wants extra privacy or is unable to go up stairs. This room can only be rented by the person renting the home for the week.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the remaining 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen with appliances for your convenience. (Plates, Pots, Pans and Utensils included.) We have plenty of dock space for 1 boat or watercraft at no extra charge. If you would like to park a second boat on the dock, there would be a $200.00 a week charge for the second boat parking.
Outside we have a fish cleaning station, and an industrial ice maker that is at your disposal. There is a Tiki hut right by the pool for your enjoyment. There is also a well lit, covered cooking area with a Stainless steel BBQ, twin burners, and everything you need for all of your outdoor cooking needs. Ample parking for your vehicles in front of the house.
Payments and fees are as follows: $125 cleaning fee, 12.5% Florida Tourist/Sales Tax, and $800.00 security deposit refundable if no damages, beyond normal wear and tear. PAYMENTS: $800.00 security deposit due upon signing the rental agreement. 50% of the total amount due 60 days prior to arrival, and the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival.

The house address is 1018 W 75 Street Ocean, Marathon FL 33050. The boat ramp is on the bay side on 33rd Street (traffic light). The boat ride takes about 10-15 min, under the 7 mile bridge. We discovered this property after having another home cancelled on us only six weeks out. However, what we originally thought was out loss immediately became our gain. I don't think we could've chosen a better place to stay or worked with a more caring and compassionate owner. The home was more than enough for the needs of our four families and the patio area with the pool/hot tub was a delight and quickly became the mainstay of our vacation. We had a few questions during our vacation that were addressed in a very timely fashion--also much appreciated. It's obvious that the owner takes great pride in his home--as well he should. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a wonderful home.
A beautiful home close to everything you need. Julio was very pleasant and explained everything to us. We are a family of 8 siblings celebrating a sister's birthday. Plenty of room and enough TVs for different viewers. We were expecting the very basics of kitchen staples, salt, pepper, spray oil, paper towels, dish washer detergent, etc. We went out and bought everything. Also, there were no mixing bowls or cake pans. Many other pans and cutting boards. All appliances were in good condition. When we visited the hot tub was only 100F (too cool for us) and the water in it kept going down. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
My family was there over Christmas 2014. There were 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 younger children and there was plenty of room! Saw a manatee, fish and lots of pelicans at the dock. Everyone loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi and there was plenty of places to visit in Marathon. The diving and snorkeling was really great. Julio was the easiest home owner that I ever dealt with! I would recommend this home to everyone!
This is my third stay in this house and each time my stay was fantastic. The house is well taken care of the dockage is just right for my 36 foot boat. Everyone in my large family has a bedroom and no one ever feels cramped. The owner, Julio, has always been great to work with. We can't wait to come back in 2015.
The house was fantastic, centrally located and just a few minutes from the beach! We were there in June of 2014, six adults and 2 teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone, plus lots of outdoor seating. The ice machine was a big plus for us, too! Julio is a very attentive landlord and a super guy! We definitely look forward to coming back next year!
The house has tons of space. The third bathroom/shower makes all the difference. Hot Tub and Tiki bar were over the top. Julio is a fantastic landlord. VERY ATTENTIVE. Within staggering distance from LuLu's :)
