In the historic village of Stony Creek on Long Island Sound, the house sits on a private point surrounded on three sides by water, with 900 ft of shoreline, looking out on the Thimble Islands. There is a small sandy beach, plenty of parking and a mooring just off the property for a boat.

The beautiful gazebo porch attached to the house, faces west toward the sunset. There are water views from every room. The house also contains a separate apartment, with a private entrance, porch, eat-in kitchen, sky light bathroom and room with twin beds.
