Recently redone Condo, beachy colors, very nice! Practical vacation spot - 1 bedroom price but sleeps 6 with a set of bunks in a hallway nook and an innerspring mattress in the queen sleeper sofa! 2nd Row with Ocean views from front deck and Lake views from back deck. Reserved parking, pool, walk to everything in Carolina Beach. PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY CALENDAR PRIOR TO CONTACTING ME, I DO KEEP IT UPDATED. RATES ARE PROVIDED UNDER THE RATE TAB FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

Carolina Beach is a great place with fun, friendly people. Families with children and those without kids alike will find something enjoyable to do here. This location is close to Wilmington and all it has to offer, but enjoys a small town beach community feel. Carolina Beach is easily accessible from major highways and airports.

What makes this condo unique

I enjoy walking on the beach, riding my bike, swimming, sunbathing, enjoying the many great restaurants or hanging out with friends. It's fun to just chill on one of the two decks and read a good book too. Sometimes I go to Fort Fisher and enjoy the aquarium or enjoy one of the many festivals at Carolina Beach. In the summer, I can view the weekly fireworks display from the beach or my deck!

cute little get away

We loved the location, a short walk to the beach & lake park. We were able to walk over to the lake park for the Chowder Cook-off, no worries about parking, we had a designated spot. We enjoyed the cross breeze, opened the sliding door in the living room & bedroom, no need for A/C. We had everything we needed for a long weekend! The owner Scott was great to work with, he provided plenty of information about local activities including links for details. Thanks Scott!

A week for a Sweet Sixteen getaway

I rented this condo for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was me, her and her best friend. The girl's loved the decor and that it was clean. We enjoyed the view from the bedroom balcony that shows the lake view. We enjoyed the other balcony at night, because we could hear the waves of the ocean breaking. We loved being within walking distance of the boardwalk, the ocean, and many stores. We enjoyed swimming at the pool. I really enjoyed speaking with Scott, the owner. He is very pleasant to deal with and if a problem occurs during your stay, he doesn't mind being called. (My only problem was that the one parking space that I had, another car parked there. I called Scott and he gave me advise on what to do and I had my parking spot back within a couple of hours.) We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay for an affordable price.

This condo is very well priced and in a great location. It was clean and completely fit our needs. It is a close walk to beach and to downtown restaurants. We had 6 people our last night and it still worked for us. the pull out bed is a typical pull out..not very comfortable for adults, but fine for kids. will stay here again in future. owner was very easy to work with. there are quite a few steps to condo so just make sure your group is capable of taking several flights of stairs.

our stay at this condo was nice.. it was in a great location one balcony over looks the lake nice place to sit in the evening and just watch the people or during the day they have a lot of things at the lake bands movies etc. very nice. and the balcony from the living room is nice you have a view of the ocean and good place to sit and watch the fireworks they have fireworks every thursday night. the pool area at the condo was nice. the condo its self was nice it could use some more cooking items! and better mattress's for the bunk beds bet other then that it was very clean and nice and scott the ower of the condo was very nice. looking forward to going back!!!
