Very desirable location in upper Deer Valley ski resort, within walking distance of the lifts at Silver Lake Lodge.

This spacious 3400 sq. ft. townhouse condominium has great un-obstructive views of both Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts.The entire property has just underwent at total exterior face lift for $1.4 million. Located next door to Stein Ericson Lodge, the 5 Star luxury resort hotel and spa in the Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley.

Our second home has only been been rented for a few weeks over the past two seasons and we are very selective of who stays at our home. It is not a rental unit. It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and has a large indoor private hot tub. The entire home was remodeled 2 seasons ago with new kitchen baths and all interior finishes.

My wife and I and two sons are from the Chicago area and are avid skiers. We feel that Deer Valley is the finest ski resort that we have ever skied and that within a 45 minute drive of our home there are 6 of the best ski areas in the world. Second to Deer Valley we love to ski at Alta, especially after a big dump of Utah powder.

For the extreme skiers in the group Alta and Snowbird are just 2 canyons over and only 6 miles away as the crow flies.(45 min drive). Really enjoyed our week at this Little Belle property. Jeff made our stay outstanding. We have been vacationing at DV for the past 12 years and this property was by far the best quality and location.
